TikTok Content Creator Arrested For Murder Of Therapist
Terryon Thomas, a 20-year-old TikTok content creator from Louisiana has been arrested for the murder of 69-year-old William Nicholas Abraham, a therapist from Baton Rouge.
Abraham was found bludgeoned to death and rolled up in a comforter along the side of the highway a week prior to Thomas’ arrest. A subsequent investigation at Thomas’ home found evidence of a violent altercation.
A tip from the public led police to Thomas’s location in Dallas, Texas, where he was arrested by the North Texas Fugitive Task Force.
Terryon Thomas On Tiktok
The last person seen driving Abraham’s car was Terryon Thomas, who subsequently fled a traffic stop and crashed the vehicle. He escaped the scene on foot, eluding officers at the scene, and was at large for the next several days.
The TikTok content creator was finally located in Texas and charged with aggravated criminal damage, resisting an officer, and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle before murder charges were added on Thursday, October 8 for the death of therapist William Nicholas Abraham.
Evidence Found At Scene
When Thomas’ apartment was searched, blood from Abraham was found at the scene as confirmed by DNA testing, according to the Louisiana State Police Crime Lab.
Video surveillance showed Abraham entering the TikTok creator’s home around 11 am on the morning of Saturday, September 28th, the morning the murder of the therapist is believed to have occurred.
Witnesses reported to police that later that day, Thomas was seen loading a tarp-wrapped object into the victim’s car.
Details Tied To Thomas?
Following the discovery of Dr. Abraham’s body along a rural stretch of Highway 51 near the unincorporated town of Fluker, 60 miles away from Baton Rouge, a frenzy of social media posts began to circulate, speculating about the case.
Various posts attempted to link the TikTok influencer to Dr. Abraham and floated theories about the murder of the therapist.
However, none of the possible motives or reasons the two were together have been confirmed by investigators, and no evidence has yet surfaced as to their relationship. So the viral social media posts on the subject are pure conjecture and speculation thus far.
Dr. Nick Abraham
A licensed therapist, motivational speaker, and author, Abraham provided counseling in Baton Rouge and the surrounding area.
It’s not known whether the TikTok creator Thomas and Abraham knew each other before the encounter led to the murder of the therapist, but police are still investigating the crime.
Dr. Abraham, or “Dr. Nick” had his own presence on social media where he shared YouTube videos discussing behavioral health.
Mr. Prada 456 On Tiktok
TikTok influencer, Terryon Thomas, who goes by the social media handle “Mr. Prada 456”, has a TikTok with millions of views, covering various aspects of his personal life.
The police have not commented on the motive the TikTok star might have had to murder the therapist, and details of the events preceding the crime have not been released.
Thomas has not agreed to speak with detectives and has invoked his right to an attorney.
Thomas is being held without bond at the Dallas County Jail as the investigation into Dr. Abraham’s murder continues. The TikTok influencer has been charged with second-degree murder in the death of the therapist and is awaiting extradition to Louisiana.
There is no court date set yet for 20-year-old Thomas.
