Diddy New Accusation Involves 10-Year-Old Boy Horrible Allegation

By Chris Snellgrove | Published

It seems that disgraced musician Diddy is facing new accusations every day, each one darker than the one before. The most recent allegation, reported by Variety, for example, is arguably the most horrific of all in its specificity and depravity. Filed earlier this week, a new lawsuit alleges that Diddy drugged and raped a 10-year-old boy in 2005.

This lawsuit is courtesy of attorney Tony Buzbee, who announced earlier in October his intention to file a whopping 120 suits against the musician in the next few months. On Monday, he filed a suit with the Supreme Court of the State of New York on behalf of an unnamed John Doe who lives in California. The man accusing Diddy claims that he was a 10-year-old boy with aspirations of becoming a rapper when he was drugged and raped by the singer in 2005.

The Horrific Allegations

This latest suit against Diddy paints a very grim picture of his alleged behavior toward the boy. The filing claims that the boy’s parents wanted to help him realize his musical aspirations and that they hired a consultant to help. That consultant recommended flying the boy from his Los Angeles home out to New York City, where he could meet with powerful industry figures.

According to the lawsuit, Diddy was one of those industry figures and the boy was scheduled to meet with him for an audition. The musician allegedly wanted to meet the boy alone, and the child was brought to the mogul’s hotel room where he could audition some of his songs. The suit alleges that at this point, Diddy claimed that he could make the boy a star and asked him what he would do to realize that dream, to which he responded that he would “do anything.”

Drugs Were Involved

The lawsuit claims that one of Diddy’s associates handed the boy a soda that made him feel “a little funny,” an effect allegedly caused by drugs, “including but not limited to GHB and/or ecstasy” in the drink. Afterward, the singer allegedly said words to the effect of “you have to do some stuff you don’t want to do sometimes” before taking out his penis and asking the boy to kiss it. When he refused, the suit alleges that Diddy forced the boy to perform oral sex on him and that he passed out shortly after that.

When the boy awoke, the lawsuit claims that his “pants were undone, and his anus and buttocks hurt badly.” He cried and said that he wanted to see his parents, after which Diddy allegedly threatened to hurt the boy’s parents if he said anything to them. As for the John Doe, the lawsuit claims that he has subsequently experienced “severe depression and anxiety, which leaves him hopeless and fatigued.”

Diddy’s Lawyers Fire Back

In response, Diddy’s lawyers released a statement claiming that the attorney who filed this suit “is interested in media attention rather than the truth, as is obvious from his constant press appearances and 1-800 number.” The representatives clarified that their client cannot personally “respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false.” Their response ends with a firm statement that Diddy “never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.”

Regardless of how this latest lawsuit plays out, it is clear that Diddy has a very long road ahead of him. And his scandals continue to affect the lives of other celebs ranging from Kevin Hart to ex-girlfriend Jennifer Lopez. The music mogul has been optimistic about prevailing in court, but judging from the number of current and future suits headed his way, he is going to need to prevail again and again if he hopes to successfully clear his name.
