Two Celebrities Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Child With Diddy

By Brian Myers | Published

As the legal drama surrounding disgraced hip-hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs continues to unfold more each day, a growing number of familiar names are becoming intertwined with the criminal case and civil litigation pending in the courts. In what might be the most heinous accusation at this point, a new Diddy lawsuit is alleging that the “All About the Benjamins” performer sexually assaulted a 13-year-old girl at a party 24 years ago with the aid of two other celebrities. The male and female accomplices of the act have not yet been made public.

Part Of The New Wave Of Lawsuits

The civil lawsuit was filed on behalf of 37-year-old Jane Doe through her attorney, Tony Buzbee. It alleges that the victim was attending a post-party for MTV’s Video Music Awards late in the evening of September 7, 2000. According to the document, she felt “woozy and lightheaded” after having only one drink at the party. She entered an empty bedroom in search of a place to lie down where her story takes a devastating turn.

The Diddy lawsuit accuses Combs of entering the bedroom accompanied by “a male and female celebrity.” Jane Doe’s complaint stated that the musician/producer had a “crazed look in his eyes” when he grabbed her and told her, “You are ready to party.” Combs shoved the victim toward the unnamed man in the room, who worked to remove the victim’s clothing.

The Horrifying Allegation

Jane Doe’s nightmare was just beginning as the unnamed male celebrity sexually assaulted her while Combs and the female celebrity watched. When he was finished, the Diddy lawsuit alleges that Combs performed the same actions on the victim while both unnamed parties were in full view. At one point, Combs attempted to force the victim to perform oral sex on him but stopped when she struck him in the neck.

Over 100 Lawsuits Filed

Buzbee’s latest Diddy lawsuit also states that, after the alleged attack, the victim sunk into a deep depression.

Buzbee has become quite the figure in the world of Diddy lawsuits. The Texas attorney has famously posted a 1-800 number for victims of the disgraced musician to come forward with their stories. To date, more than 120 have filed civil lawsuits against the embattled Combs, who is currently sitting in the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn after being denied bail by two judges.

Criminal Trial Set For May

Combs was arrested in mid-September in a New York City hotel after federal prosecutors were able to successfully file three charges against him, including racketeering and sex trafficking offenses. If convicted, Combs faces up to life in prison with a minimum of 15 years to be served behind bars. The criminal charges are set to be heard on May 5, 2025, with no dates set for the multiple civil Diddy lawsuits.

Denies All Wrongdoing

Diddy has denied any wrongdoing despite accusations of sexual abuse from numerous long-time girlfriends and acquaintances. The civil suit filed against Combs by Cassie Ventura was settled out of court within a day last November and seems to be what set the remainder of the civil suits and criminal charges he is now facing.
