FromSoftware recently released their latest punishing masterpiece Elden Ring and people have been loving it so far. The gameplay is as rewarding as always and the open world is a new addition to the Fromsoft model that fans are quickly embracing. It seems like fans are also embracing their creative side when it comes to creating their player character known as the Tarnished. As with many RPGs, you can customize the way your character looks. One Reddit user by the name of u/massive3 took it to the next level and managed to make Samuel L. Jackson using the character creation tools. Check out his post on the Elden Ring sub below:
Of course, if you’re going to make Samuel L Jackson in a game as difficult as Elden Ring, you better make sure it’s one of his most badass roles. And who better than the bad mofo himself, Jules Winnfield the scripture-quoting hitman from Pulp Fiction. The only other role that could possibly be as good of a fit would maybe be Nick Fury from the MCU. Either way, this character is sure to cause some trouble in the Lands Between.

If you’re unfamiliar with Elden Ring, you’re currently missing out on what many think could be the game of the year. Elden Ring was developed by FromSoftware and comes from the mind of Hidetaka Miyazaki. FromSoftware and Miyazaki are responsible for some of the most beloved, but incredibly difficult, games of the modern generation. FromSoftware has essentially developed its own genre of games, dubbed soulsborne by fans. The games include modern classics like the Dark Souls trilogy, Bloodborne, and Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice. The games are known for their punishing combat and their immersive worlds. Elden Ring sees FromSoftware taking its formula to an open-world format, and the worldbuilding features significant contributions from famous Game of Thrones author George R. R. Martin. In the game, you play as a Tarnished, an exile who is summoned to restore the shattered Elden Ring and become the Elden Lord. If you ask me, Elden Lord would be the perfect role for Samuel L. Jackson to add to his resume, so making your character look like him seems like a great idea. And while there probably aren’t any Big Kahuna burgers for him to enjoy, there’s sure to be plenty of other treasures.
