Everyone is patiently waiting to see Grogu appear in The Mandalorian Season 3, but Star Wars could be bringing back Baby Yoda before that. A new leak via the Disney+ network in Italy has indicated that a new Grogu short is going to be arriving on the streaming platform on November 12th. There are plenty of family-friendly shorts that appear towards the holidays, especially for Disney, but we are more than happy to see one that involves the best character that Star Wars has created in recent years.

There are some rumors that this new short called, Star Wars Zen – Grogu and the Dust Bunnies, might just be an ambient sound type of music video that the streaming platform has brought in before. However, this could also be a brand-new adventure that features Grogu, otherwise known as Star Wars Baby Yoda. The new adventure is being labeled as a short right now, which could mean it’s only around 15 minutes in length, though we are just speculating at this point.

Star Wars Baby Yoda exploded onto the scene in the first season of The Mandalorian, and it left people reeling. It would take some time for the world to be introduced to Grogu, though most have taken it upon themselves to deem him as Baby Yoda for eternity, which is fine by us. We would have had to wait until February to see Grogu return in The Mandalorian Season 3, but it now appears as if Disney+ is going to give the world the type of content they are begging for, early.

Mando and Grogu were featured in The Book of Boba Fett, which ultimately saw Star Wars Baby Yoda and Din Djarin take the spotlight away from the once most popular bounty hunter in the galaxy. However, that was to advance the story and bridge the gap between the second season of The Mandalorian and the events of The Book of Boba Fett. This new short, or so it seems, is likely not going to have any sort of implications for Grogu’s story.

Again, this is all just speculation. For all we know, Star Wars Baby Yoda might just be playing with some dust bunnies while he and Din are on the way to the next point of their story. It wouldn’t make a lot of sense for some exposition to happen in an unannounced short film, but maybe that is how Star Wars is keeping its secrets safe right now, which would be quite impressive and hilarious.

For now, everyone can keep their eyes peeled for this new Star Wars Baby Yoda adventure, as the Italian Disney+ has indicated that it will be appearing on the streamer in less than two weeks. We are certainly going to be preparing to see Grogu be as methodical and cute as he always is, and we hope that whatever these dust bunnies are, he doesnt try and eat them as he did with the frog lady’s eggs. Star Wars Zen – Grogu and the Dust Bunnies is set to be revealed on Disney+ on November 12th.
