We are all set to see what is going to happen with Scott Lang and the multiverse that Kang the Conqueror has built. However, we have now been given the best look at Jonathan Majors’ portrayal of Kang in Ant-Man 3, which has been provided by Total Film Exclusive. The image, which you can see below, shows Majors looking more like He Who Remains from Loki, rather than the comic-accurate Kang we have seen in the trailers.

We would imagine that Jonathan Majors’s Kang is going to attempt to seem like the only one who can help Scott Lang get back the years he lost with his daughter Cassie, though we know that Kang is likely going to double-cross Scott. That is the usual case for most villains, and considering Kang is going to be the next big baddie, his deal is going to involve beating Scott to a pulp. The trailers and TV spots have shown Ant-Man doing his best to take on Kang, though he is far superior in power to the multiverse-dominating villain.

One thing that we are curious about is if Jonathan Majors Kang is going to kill Paul Rudd’s, Scott Lang. Most of the original Avengers team have died and moved on, and we could see Rudd finally moving past his portrayal of Ant-Man. However, he might survive and attempt to join the new Avengers team that is going to be tasked with stopping Kang the Conqueror from taking over all universes. Either way, we are expecting quite a showdown.

Jonathan Majors also explained that he based his portrayal of Kang on Iron Man, and historical conquerors like Alexander the Great, Genghis Kahn, and Julius Cesar. We would imagine that his Kang is going to be quite regal and ruthless, which makes sense considering he has existed for so many years and in so many timelines. As previously mentioned, we saw a version of Kang in Loki, though it was one who warned Loki and Sylvie about his other variants that were far more destructive than him.

There are rumors that Deadpool 3 is also going to crossover with Loki, and we will see Tom Hiddleston, Owen Wilson, and Jonathan Majors’ Kang appear in the sequel movie. We are not sure to what extent they will be used in Deadpool 3, but it appears that Wade Wilson and Wolverine could be traversing timelines when they run into trouble from the TVA and Kang. We surely hope to see Deadpool making fun of Kang before he is destroyed by the timeline conqueror.

Jonathan Majors is a fantastic actor, and we cannot wait to see him portray Kang the Conqueror in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, when the sequel movie is released on February 17, 2023. The movie will also jump-start Phase 5 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and will likely bring in far more reveals via the movie and post-credit scenes. We are still banking on Doctor Doom finally being shown, but we are still excited to see Majors take on one of the best villains in Marvel’s expansive lore.
