Movies on Netflix if You Love Superheroes
Let’s say for a moment you are not experiencing superhero fatigue. Let’s also say that not only are you not experiencing superhero fatigue, but you can’t get enough of superheroes. If that is the case, then Netflix is the place to go. In fact, Netflix has a great selection of movies if you are all about superheroes. Here are seven of the best.
Spider-Man (2002)
Horror aficionados and comic book fans were scratching their heads when it was announced that Sam Raimi was going to direct the first Spider-Man film. Raimi’s background was horror, so taking on a comic book character as revered as Spider-Man seemed like a big ask.
To Raimi’s credit, he took David Koepp’s origin story script and nailed it. Raimi brought in Tobey Maguire to play Peter Parker/Spider-Man, another head-scratcher, but it worked. Kirsten Dunst was another solid choice as Mary Jane Watson, as were Willem Dafoe, J. K. Simmons, and James Franco.

Spider-Man 2 (2004)
The first Sam Raimi Spider-Man film was such a big hit that a sequel was warranted. For Spider-Man 2, Raimi brought back all survivors from the first including Tobey Maguire, Kirsten Dunst, and James Franco. This time around. Spider-Man is battling Doctor Octopus (Alfred Molina).
Along with that battle, Spider-Man must continue to deal with the Green Goblin while fighting the loss of some of his powers at the most inopportune times. This exciting superhero movie is available to watch on Netflix.

Spider-Man 3 (2007)
This third film in the Raimi Spider-Man series was not a complete swing and a miss, but there definitely was a lot stuffed into the movie. Tobey Maguire, Kirsten Dunst, and James Franco were back and they were joined by Thomas Haden Church as villain Sandman and the sadly miscast Topher Grace as Eddie Brock/Venom.
Also joining the cast was Bryce Dallas Howard as Gwen Stacy, the “other woman”, in Peter Parker’s life. Netflix has all three Sam Raimi Spider-Man films for your entertainment.

Morbius (2022)
Jared Leto jumped into the superhero fray with his performance as Dr. Michael Morbius, a man with a rare blood illness. His attempt to find a cure takes him to the jungles of Costa Rica and a run-in with vampire bats. His hope is to splice their genes with his own to create a cure. The cure he creates works, but in working, it turns him into a superhuman vampire who needs human blood to survive.
