See A Very Frail Michael J. Fox Reunite With The Back To The Future Cast
There’s nothing like a good reunion, especially when the cast of Back to the Future is involved. Christopher Lloyd, aka Doc Brown himself, took to Twitter to share a reunion photo with his fellow castmates Michael J. Fox, Lea Thompson, and Tom Wilson (via The Hollywood Reporter). Fox played Marty McFly in the film trilogy while Wilson played his nemesis Biff Tannen and Thompson played his mom, Lorraine.
Christopher Lloyd posted a Back to the Future reunion photo to social media with himself, Michael J. Fox, Leah Thompson, and Tom Wilson.
This isn’t the first time that Christopher Lloyd and Michael J. Fox were able to get a reunion pic this year, as they previously posted a video back in February at the FAN EXPO in Portland.
Lloyd also asked if the fans could get the Tweet up to 88k likes, the speed the Delorean needs to reach to time travel, and the fans more than met his request. The Michael J Fox and Doc Brown combo pic brought in more than 265k likes at the time of this article’s writing, to which Lloyd replied, “Great Scott! We did it.”

In the meantime, Back to the Future is just as popular as ever, with the new Back to the Future: The Musical just hitting Broadway in New York to rave reviews. Of course, the musical has an entirely different cast, but reviews say that they have been capturing the essence of the original.
While Fox hasn’t been seen in too many acting projects due to his Parkinson’s, he recently appeared in the Emmy-nominated documentary Still: A Michael J. Fox Story, which is available to stream on Apple TV.
The documentary chronicles Fox’s career from a burgeoning actor to a pop culture phenomenon with Back to the Future, as well as his diagnosis of Parkinson’s. Fox, ever the optimist, paints a candid picture of living with his condition in the charming and bittersweet portrait of his life.
Fox launched The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research in 2000, which has raised over $1.75 billion to date toward developing Parkinson’s drugs and research for a cure.

Fox was also awarded an honorary Oscar, the Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award, by the Academy last year. Christopher Llyod was most recently seen as a guest star on an episode of The Mandalorian and on the TV series A Million Little Things.
Tom Wilson, meanwhile, has been doing a lot of voice work lately, with voice roles on shows like The Patrick Star Show, SpongeBob SquarePants, Spidey and His Amazing Friends, and more. Lea Thompson recently starred in the TV series Spencer Sisters, along with episodes of Star Trek: Picard and The Goldbergs. Of course, you can also always see Michael J. Fox and the rest of the cast together by revisiting the Back to the Future trilogy.
Unfortunately, watching the Back to the Future movies isn’t the simplest task, as it’s only streaming on DirectTV, TNT, TruTV, and TBS, where you have to sign in with a cable provider to watch. You can also head to platforms like Apple TV to rent the films if you want to go that route. If you go with Apple TV+, make sure to check out Still: A Michael J. Fox Story while you’re at it.
