Netflix Announces Final Episodes For Manifest, Here’s When You Can Watch Them
The second half of Manifest season 4 will be available to stream on Netflix starting June 2.
For those who are invested in the final episodes of the supernatural drama TV series Manifest, Netflix just announced on its Twitter that fans will be able to watch the last ten episodes on Friday, June 2. While some people could care less, others want to know what will happen to the passengers on Montego Air Flight 828. While there is no official trailer, Netflix shared an image of a plane seemingly flying into the eye of a storm or a bright eternal light.
The TV series Manifest, which is reminiscent of the TV show LOST and M. Night Shyamalan’s movie Old, first aired on NBC on September 24, 2018. It follows the passengers of Montego Air Flight 828, who land safely at their destination, but the world around them has somehow aged by five years. After reconnecting with loved ones who thought they were dead, the returned passengers feel they are given a second chance at life or are meant for something far greater and more mysterious.
After three seasons on NBC, Manifest was canceled but quickly made the jump to Netflix to finish out the series with a fourth and final season. The fourth season was split into two parts, much like the final seasons of Breaking Bad and Mad Men, drawing out the suspense and longevity of the show. The first ten episodes of Manifest were dropped on Netflix on November 4, 2022, forcing fans to wait eight long months to watch the final 10 episodes that will be available on June 2, 2023.
In the first half of season 4, one of the main characters, Zeke, died by sacrificing himself to save the young boy, Cal, from his rapidly growing cancer. This was pivotal to the show because Cal is supposed to save everyone from the impending Death Day, which is basically the end of the world. The savior Cal and the evil Angelina both channeled the Omega Sapphire stone, which will be a key asset in trying to save or destroy the world in season four, part two.
The last episodes of Manifest will arrive soon, and Netflix has given us some insight into what we can expect for the fate of the 828 passengers. As Death Day continues to loom in the distance, Cal will need to use his reactivated dragon scar to save the planet as Angela tries to destroy it. Meanwhile, there will also be a mysterious accident that affects the 828 passengers.
Manifest stars several actors, including Melissa Roxburgh, Josh Dallas, and J.R. Ramirez, who are blossoming in their careers. Melissa Roxburgh (who plays Michaela Stone) is known for her previous roles in Star Trek Beyond, the hit TV show Supernatural, and the Diary of a Wimpy Kid film franchise. Josh Dallas (who plays Ben Stone) is best known for his roles in Thor and the TV series Once Upon a Time, while J.R. Ramirez (who plays Jared Vasquez) is best known for his roles in the TV shows Jessica Jones and Power.
Whether or not you’re a fan of Manifest, it may be worth tuning in to Netflix to see how the mysterious show will end.
