Loki Season 2 Trailer Reveals Indiana Jones Icon’s Pivotal Role
The official trailer for Loki season 2 is here, and it reveals a new MCU actor in an important role. Oscar-winner Ke Huy Quan, who played Short Round in Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, will make an appearance as O.B., a member of the TVA (Time Variance Authority). As a person who monitors timelines, Ke Huy Quan will surely play a pivotal part in helping Loki with his inability to stop jumping through time and space.
Loki season 2 will continue to follow Tom Hiddleston’s character as he works with the TVA to track down those who are causing chaos throughout time in the multiverse. According to the trailer, it looks like Loki cannot control his ability to travel through time, which forces his body to jump into the past and the future at any moment.
After starring in two classic Steven Spielberg films in the 80s, Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom and The Goonies, Ke Huy Quan stepped away from acting, claiming that nobody would hire him.
As Tom Hiddleston makes his way through time and space, he will once again be accompanied by Owen Wilson who plays the calm, cool, and collected Mobius. Other cast members who are returning for Loki season 2 include Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Wunmi Mosaku, Eugene Cordero, Tara Strong, and Sophia Di Martino.
Also returning to Loki will be one of the biggest villains in MCU, Kang the Conqueror, played by Jonathan Majors. His appearance in Loki season 2 will likely delve into the villain’s backstory and set up plot points for the upcoming film Avengers: The Kang Dynasty.
The upcoming Marvel movie is set to premiere in 2026, assuming that the writers and actors strike ends soon, and that Jonathan Majors’ upcoming trial ends without him being another canceled Hollywood star.

In the trailer, Loki and Mobius meet O.B. when he drops down from the ceiling riding a swing, and he immediately knows what is wrong with Loki. He diagnoses the God of Mischief with “time slipping” before revealing that there is no way to fix it.

Later, when Mobius spots a crack in his space helmet, Ke Huy Quan’s character just slaps some duct tape on it and tells him he’s good.
