On Karen Gillan’s Instagram, she has been posting photos from Australia. Murphy’s Multiverse noted that Thor: Love and Thunder is going to be filming down under very soon. Chris Pratt himself has confirmed that he will be headed to Australia to film his role in the movie. And it is very unlikely that Gillan is in Australia for a holiday considering the global pandemic that is going on. So this seems like a pretty solid confirmation that the actress will be playing a vital role in Thor: Love and Thunder.
It will be interesting to see exactly how Karen Gillan’s Nebula factors into the plot of Thor: Love and Thunder. We expect to see Natalie Portman’s Jane Foster rise to prominence in the movie since we know she will be gaining the God of Thunder’s powers. And we know that Tessa Thompson will be playing a key part in the film as Valkyrie. Could Nebula be joining up with them for a girl power team-up?
