Full House star Jodie Sweetin married clinical social worker Mescal Wasilewski back in July, but the star just recently shared a stunning photo of her gown on Instagram. The dangerously low-cut wedding dress is seemingly held together by thin mesh, hopes, and dreams. The 40-year old celeb looks radiant in her sexy gown complimented by stunning jewelry which only serves to accent the natural beauty on display.

The rest of Jodie Sweetin’s post is filled with compliments for Charlie Lapson, her friend and jeweler that supplied the amazing accessories. Dubbed “The Designer for the New Millenium” by Entertainment Tonight, Lapson can be seen as a red carpet interviewer and frequent guest on celebrity news shows. According to Sweetin, Lapson also provided diamond jewelry for her mother and children on the star’s wedding day.

This is the fourth marriage for Jodie Sweetin, with her first in 2002 to a Los Angeles Police Officer, ending in divorce in 2006. 2007 brought a second marriage, this time to a film transportation coordinator, which ended in 2008 after the birth of their daughter. The third marriage was in 2012, after two years of dating Monty Coyle, with whom Sweetin had her second child.

After the cancellation of Full House when Jodie Sweetin was just 14, the actress turned to drugs and alcohol to, in her later words, cope with boredom. In 2008, the actress became sober and has remained that way ever since, completing a degree as a drug and alcohol counselor soon after. Her memoir, unSweetined, chronicles her long journey to sobriety.

While Jodie Sweetin never married Justin Hodak, they were engaged in January 2016. By March 2017, the actress announced their separation, following Hodak violating a restraining order she had against him. By this time, Fuller House, the Netflix spin-off of Full House, had started airing and the actress was suddenly back in the same spotlight she occupied as a child star.

With the spotlight back on her, Jodie Sweetin started getting offers to appear in other series, notably the 2016 edition of Dancing with the Stars. Sweetin and her partner, Keo Metsope, lasted until week eight, finishing in sixth place. Once Fuller House ended its run in 2020, the star appeared on Food Network’s Celebrity Edition of Worst Chefs In America, CBS reality survival show Beyond the Edge, and Fox’s Name That Tune.

In recent years, Jodie Sweetin has also made news for her increasingly outspoken political views. In a split with her Full House co-star, Candace Cameron Bure, Sweetin publicly made clear her support for JoJo Siwa and the LGBTQ+ community. While protesting against the recent Supreme Court Roe v. Wade ruling, the Fuller House star was shoved to the ground by LAPD officers.

Jodie Sweetin has also been spending her time hosting a parenting podcast, Never Thought I’d Say This, alongside her best friend and mental health counselor, Celia Behar. The podcast wrapped up its fifth season this past July. Sweetin’s next projects include a pair of movies for the Hallmark Channel and Lifetime.
