Isla Fisher has yet to be involved with the larger world of superhero cinema. She has been primarily known for her comedic roles in productions like Wedding Crashers and Arrested Development. However, she did make an impression in the first Now You See Me and is definitely game for more blockbuster roles. And it just so turns out that Giant Freakin Robot has obtained some exclusive info that points towards that. In fact, it looks like Isla Fisher will be joining the biggest superhero endeavor in movie history: the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
According to one of our trusted and proven inside sources, Isla Fisher will be in Thor: Love and Thunder. We should also note that our source told us that Russell Crowe would also be in the new Marvel Cinematic Universe entry just before that news broke elsewhere. We are confident with our source on this one. We were not able to learn exactly who Fisher will be playing and just how sizable her role will be, but it is certain that she will be popping up in Thor: Love and Thunder.
Isla Fisher will be joining an already stacked cast that includes Chris Hemsworth, Natalie Portman, Tessa Thompson, Karen Gillan, Chris Pratt, Christian Bale, Taika Waititi, Melissa McCarthy, Matt Damon, Sam Neill, and some other surprises to be certain. There is no doubt that Thor: Love and Thunder is going to be one of the most anticipated entries in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
