Erin Moriarty Wears A Sexy Top In Bed With The Boys Co-Stars
Erin Moriarty shared a behind the scenes photo from The Boys of herself in bed with multiple co-stars.
The Boys has been a runaway hit for Amazon proving that blood, sex, and violence is still a winning combination. On screen the various characters are divided between Supes, non-Supes, jerks, and jerks that the audience loves. Behind the scenes the cast appear to be one of most cohesive units in television today as evidenced by Erin Moriarty sharing a backstage photo celebrating a birthday.
Erin Moriarty was quick to point out in the caption that Colby Minifie is wearing a bodysuit, a fact celebrated by the official Instagram account for The Boys saying “Instagram freed the nip just in time for @colby.minifie’s birthday suit.” The birthday girl plays Ashley Barrett, a publicist for Voight International that ends up as the company’s figurehead President, and is on-screen, an antagonist to Moriarity’s Starlight. The stunning blonde herself is reclining on the bed using Chase Crawford, The Deep, as support which is filled with irony for fans of the show.
The man in the bottom right is likely not immediately recognizable despite appearing in almost all of the episodes to date, it’s Nathan Mitchell, Black Noir. The masked hero may have been killed off but the actor is portraying a new character under the black mask during season 4. The non-Erin Moriarty blonde is Tori Binns, hairstylist for The Boys (according to IMDB) and while she hasn’t been on-screen, she’s a frequent face in the cast’s social media feeds.
Filming on season 4 of The Boys is well under-way, with one of the new faces this season, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, chiming in the comments “that shirt? My shit eyes? Hell of a combo!” The Supernatural star’s character is being kept under wraps for now, but given the dark comedy and constantly shifting alliances on the show, he could be a villain in one episode and a hero in the next. Erin Moriarty’s Starlight has been one of the very few characters that has (mostly) stuck to her personal morals.
Starlight is Annie January, a mid-western girl excited to join The Seven, the premier superhero team in the world of The Boys. Erin Moriarty has had to run the acting gauntlet as Annie from wide-eyed country girl to disillusioned superhero and finally as a social-media influencer focused on bringing down the corrupt heroes. Towards the end of last season Anthony Starr’s Homelander, essentially Superman if the Last Son of Krypton was a huge self-serving jerk, came close to killing off Starlight and the last scene of the season sets a new status quo for all of the characters.
Fans anxiously waiting to see more of Erin Moriarty as she steals nearly every scene she’s in, or those that want to see Homelander finally get what he deserves, may not have long to wait. The Boys season 4 currently has no official release date but it could drop later this year. The two year gap between seasons 2 and 3 was due to the Covid pandemic making it likely that we get the further adventures of Karl Urban‘s Butcher and Jack Quaid’s Hughie by the fall.
