Actress Elizabeth Hurley took to Instagram to prove that she’s still got it. Striking a pose decked out in a dazzling yellow bikini with an unbuttoned cheesecloth shirt, the actress soaks up the sun in front of a clear blue ocean background. In the post, she plugs her website where fans can find her “Sunshine Bikini” as well as the shirt. The model goes on to let followers know the background is a fake as in reality she’s in Herefordshire sporting “ten layers of fleece.” Friends and fans alike flooded the comment section of her post in support of the actress’s look, sending “heart” and “fire” emojis.
Lately, the model’s Instagram has been filled with shots of only her. Posing in various bikinis and dresses, Elizabeth Hurley has been pushing her clothing company and giving shoutouts to other designers of whom she is wearing. Breast cancer awareness is a cause that takes front and center in many of Hurley’s posts. Hurley’s grandmother passed away from the sickness which led the actress to become an outspoken advocate for preventative measures surrounding the disease.
Elizabeth Hurley’s advocacy work has led her to team up with Estée Lauder’s Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign to create a shade of lipstick called, “Elizabeth Pink.” Proceeds from the cosmetic were donated to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Hurley has also had her hand in other causes including the End Hunger Network, ARK children’s charity, and the Elton John Aids Foundation.
In the on-screen world, Elizabeth Hurley’s career launched after she nabbed a role in Passenger 57, an action film which starred Wesley Snipes and Bruce Payne. Her most notable credits include Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery opposite Mike Myers and 2000’s romantic comedy, Bedazzled, alongside Brendan Fraser.
