The story unfolds as Lulu, now with the ability to fly and telekinesis, captures the Justice League and heads to Stryker’s Island to free Lex Luthor. Dwayne Johnson’s Krypto, losing his powers due to green kryptonite, teams up with the other super-powered shelter pets to rescue the Justice League and stop Lulu’s plans.
