Cole Brings Plenty, Yellowstone 1923 Actor, Found Dead At 27
Actor Cole Brings Plenty, who played Pete Plenty Clouds on the Yellowstone spinoff 1923, was found dead on Friday in Johnson County, Kansas. The local NBC affiliate KSNT reports that Brings Plenty was found in a wooded area. He was first reported missing on April 2 following an alleged domestic violence incident. The exact circumstances of his death have not been revealed.
Cole Brings Plenty Found By Police
According to TMZ, Cole Brings Plenty was last seen on the evening of Sunday, March 31, in Kansas City. He had been named as a suspect in a domestic violence investigation that allegedly involved a female screaming for help at an apartment complex. Because the alleged incident involves allegations of domestic violence, authorities are limited in the amount of information they can reveal to protect the parties involved.
Police submitted an affidavit to the district attorney for his arrest. Police went to pick up Brings Plenty, but he fled. He was reported missing on Tuesday.
Nephew Of Actor Mo Brings Plenty
Cole Brings Plenty was very much a part of the Yellowstone family. His uncle, Mo Brings Plenty, plays Mo on the Paramount show. Following news that Cole was reported missing, Yellowstone actors took to social media to ask for help. Cole Hauser, who plays Rip, wrote, “My good friend @mobringsplenty nephew is missing … If you have any information on his whereabouts please contact the below or your local police.” Actresses Michelle Randolph (1923) and Kelsey Asbille (Yellowstone) also appealed for more information.
TMZ reports the body of the 27-year-old was discovered in the wooded area after a person noticed an unoccupied vehicle nearby and called the authorities.
Mo Took To Social Media For Help
Cole Brings Plenty’s uncle Mo also took to his social media when his nephew was reported missing, writing that they don’t know “for a fact” that his nephew was involved in the domestic violence incident. He also said his nephew would not go “on the run” in any situation.
Cole Brings Plenty’s vehicle, a white Ford Explorer was caught on camera driving off, but Mo said they did not know “for a fact” that Cole was the one driving. He asked his followers to refrain from jumping to conclusions or making assumptions.
Cole Was Following In His Uncle’s Footsteps
Mo is a Oglala Lakota actor. He was born on a reservation in South Dakota and is a direct descendant of Brings Plenty, an Oglala Lakota warrior who fought in the Battle of Little Big Horn. Mo has appeared on House of Cards and in 2011’s Cowboys & Aliens.
His nephew Cole Brings Plenty appeared on the Yellowstone spinoff 1923. He also appeared in the shows The Tall Tales of Jim Bridger and Into the Wild Frontier.

In addition to all this, after the final season of Yellowstone airs, there is reportedly going to be a sequel that picks up right where the original ends. Matthew McConaughey is reportedly being eyed to lead the cast.
