Anne Hathaway is not only an accomplished actress, she is a fashion icon. Hathaway took to Instagram to flaunt her latest fashion partnership with the new Versace Icons collection. The photos feature the actress modeling a low-cut, black tank top, and a swipe reveals the Princess Diaries star in royal form, sporting a glittering dress and matching handbag.
“When the brilliant and talented @donatella_versace approached me for this campaign, she shared her vision of a timeless collection with the trademark @versace edge,” Anne Hathaway wrote. The new line from designer Donatella Versace is meant to provide women with classic closet staples.
“She said she wanted to focus on pieces designed to be a cherished part of one’s wardrobe, enjoyed outside the trend cycle, worn again and again throughout your life,” Hathaway continued. “I thought it was a fantastic idea, and I am so proud, grateful and thrilled to find myself newly included in the iconic @versace family.”

As her latest fashion partnership kicks off, Anne Hathaway is also gearing up for a big year of film debuts. She will appear alongside Last Night in Soho star Thomasin McKenzie in the mystery thriller Eileen, which opened at the Sundance Film Festival to positive reviews.
Based on the novel of the same name, Eileen follows a young woman whose relationship with a co-worker at a prison facility sends the women down a dark path. The film will be distributed later this year by indie powerhouse Neon.
Also on the 2023 slate for Anne Hathaway is the romantic dramedy She Came to Me, in which Hathaway stars alongside Peter Dinklage and Marisa Tomei to tell the story of a creatively stumped composer who shakes his creative slump with an affair.
Anne Hathaway has several other projects on the horizon beyond this year. The Princess Diaries 3 has long been in development, and after numerous setbacks, the film is rumored to be moving in the right direction. The anticipated sequel received a boost when Chris Pine, the love interest of The Princess Diaries 2, expressed his willingness to come back to the franchise.
A new Sesame Street movie is also in development, and Anne Hathaway has been hard at work trying to get the kid-friendly comedy to the big screen. The movie will see the Sesame Street gang evicted from their beloved neighborhood, sending them into the wild world of Manhattan. There, they meet Sally Hawthorne, a history show host to be played by Hathaway, who is out to save her show and the home of the lovable muppets.
Hathaway will also headline the drama film The Idea of You, which will send the actress on a fish-out-of-water trip to Coachella, and then duke it out with Jessica Chastain in the female friendship drama Mothers’ Instinct.
