Stranger Things Star Turns Into Spider-Man In Harrowing Climbing Video, See The Crazy Stunt
Stranger Things Noah Schnapp was seen climbing on a roof during a St. Patrick's day party.
For many, leg day is their least favorite day at the gym, but for Stranger Things star, Noah Schnapp, it’s safe to assume that he has a solid routine down. TMZ recently shared footage of Schnapp scaling the roof of the PIKE fraternity house at the University of Pennsylvania, where he’s currently enrolled for a business degree. Though Schnapp seems to have mastered the Spider-Man climb as a party trick, he also works hard, so there’s nothing wrong with playing hard too.
The TMZ footage is from a St. Patrick’s day party, and everybody involved is clearly having a good time. Whether he learned these moves for the upcoming Stranger Things season 5 that’s slated for a summer 2023 production, or he was bitten by a radioactive spider in the chemistry lab, it’s clear that Noah Schnapp knows how to have a good time despite his course load. One thing that’s for certain is that Schnapp is a team player; after making his way to the top of the roof, he playfully encourages his classmates to follow suit, and everybody is cheering, and living in the moment.
But with great partying comes great responsibility. Aside from busying himself with academia, and Stranger Things, Noah Schnapp also recently launched a 24/7 restaurant concept for college students who have a case of late-night munchies. You read that correctly; the aspiring business major is already getting real-life experience running a business.
And there’s nothing wrong with letting loose every once in a while, so long as you do things safely. By now, it’s no mystery that college parties are synonymous with drinking, but judging by his coordination, it’s safe to assume that this is simply just a case of kids being kids, and having some fun. Season 1 of Stranger Things started production when Noah Schnapp was just 11 years old, and at 19, he’s taking a journey down a path that will continue to yield success if he keeps at it.
Considering the fact that some college students are experimenting with borgs (blackout rage gallons), climbing a roof that looks pretty low to the ground seems kind of tame by comparison. Though this isn’t the first time TMZ caught the Stranger Things star having a blast at college; Noah Schnapp was previously captured on tape doing a cannonball into a filthy swimming pool at the beginning of the fall semester. Okay, maybe he could have waited until the pool was cleaned before taking a dive, but that doesn’t sound nearly as fun.
We’ve seen over the decades how child stars often have trouble in their private adult lives after being exposed to fame at such an early age, but in this case, it seems like the fame from Stranger Things has not had a negative effect on Noah Schnapp. Though Will Byers is seen being at odds with his friends in season 4 of the Netflix hit series, we’re glad to see that Schnapp is wasting no time making new lifelong friends at the University of Pennsylvania. Let’s just hope that after the party wraps, he orders some chicken sandwiches for his friends.
