Stormy Daniels Is Getting Tons Of Searches On Pornhub And You Can Probably Guess Why
Stormy Daniels ranking on Pornhub has gone up 32,400 percent since Donald Trump was indicted.
Donald Trump‘s arrest has been quite an interesting story to follow. The former President and reality star was indicted on multiple felony charges after allegedly falsifying business documents to facilitate a hush money payout to porn star, writer, and director Stormy Daniels. Following Trump’s appearance in Manhattan criminal court on Tuesday, searches for Daniels’ work on Pornhub skyrocketed.
The New York Post reported on the metrics from the popular porn platform, which showed a record spike of 32,400 percent in average daily searches for Stormy Daniels. According to the report, she was receiving roughly 34,500 daily searches, and that number shot up to over 650,000 due to the latest events. Interestingly, roleplay-relayed search terms for ‘jail’ and ‘prison’ have also shot up in the wake of the court proceedings.
It seems the fans are supporting Stormy Daniels in more ways than one, as her merchandise sales have also shot up since Trump was indicted. In a recent tell-all with Vogue Magazine, Daniels revealed more details about the alleged sexual dalliance with Trump in 2006. Trump has continued to deny the encounter and maintains it never happened.
However, Trump’s former attorney Michael Cohen had admitted to paying Stormy Daniels $130,000 to keep quiet about the encounter during Trump’s 2016 campaign for President. Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg used this to bring felony charges against Trump. Trump has pleaded ‘not guilty’ to all 34 charges brought against him.
Stormy Daniels now lives a quieter life in Florida with her husband. Daniels spends more of her time competitive horseback riding and has plans to direct and write a feature film in the future. She was not asked to testify in the case as of yet, but she did make her stance fairly clear, saying, “I’d like him to get what’s coming for once.”
As for the 34 charges against Trump, the fraud case is built on Trump allegedly paying Michael Cohen back for the Stormy Daniels hush money while serving as President. Internal records classified this payment as legal expenses and a retainer agreement, whereas prosecutors state these expenses didn’t exist, nor did a retainer agreement. The 34 counts involve 11 counts for checks, 11 for monthly invoices Cohen submitted to the company, and 12 for entries in the general ledger of Trump’s trust.
The unsealed indictment against Trump also revealed another claim unrelated to the charges centered around the Stormy Daniels hush money. In the indictment, there was a claim that Trump also falsified business documents to deceive state tax authorities. Trump has been complaining about the whole thing non-stop, giving a 21-minute speech following his courtroom appearance where he claimed the charges were unfair.
Trump’s endless ranting about the Stormy Daniels payoff case has mostly been on his Truth Social profile, where he has called Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg an “animal” and a “criminal,” amongst other posts. The judge for the case has set the next in-person hearing for Dec. 4, which is just two months ahead of the Iowa Republican caucuses. With Trump bidding for a run in 2024, his legal issues will follow him straight into his Presidential campaign.
