Megan Fox radiated Hollywood glamour as she showed off her outfit for a pre-Grammy Award party on social media. The 36-year-old wore a red satin gown by Alexis Mabille for the annual gala hosted by Clive Davis. The strapless dress featured a corset-style top with a ruched drop waist. Her signature dark brown hair was styled loosely over her shoulders.
She also wore a silver necklace and silver drop earrings and white nail polish. An accessory not pictured on social media was the hot pink arm brace Megan Fox wore to the event due to suffering a broken wrist and concussion. Photos from the Grammy pre-party via Elle show her wearing the protective covering.
While she didn’t disclose the cause of her injuries, Megan Fox did mention them alongside the photos on Instagram. “Off the plane with a broken wrist and a concussion straight to a Grammys party,” she wrote. Her fiancée, Machine Gun Kelly, was also featured in the post wearing a black suit and studded white turtleneck.
Inside the venue, Megan Fox was photographed chatting with Avril Lavigne and Mod Sun. The event, which serves as a Grammy Salute to Industry Icons, has been a very popular opening to the Grammys weekend since 1976. Since the gala was canceled due to the pandemic in the last two years, people were excited to return to the celebration.
The couple attended the 2023 Grammy Awards the following night where Machine Gun Kelly’s Mainstream Sellout record was nominated for Best Rock Album. But it was Megan Fox that stole the show in a figure-hugging, white gown that featured a small train. Much like her party dress, the gown featured a corset bustier layered with glittering gold and silver embroidery.
The thin straps of the gown also showcased matching details, The Daily Mail reports. Machine Gun Kelly chose a bolder outfit for the awards ceremony, which was held at the Crypto Arena in the heart of Los Angeles. The singer wore silver metallic pants and a double-breasted jacket. Instead of a shirt, he opted for a chunky, diamond-studded body chain.
Unfortunately, Megan Fox didn’t see her fiancé win at the 65th Annual Grammy Awards. The night’s biggest winner was Beyonce who won four trophies. Harry Styles won the Album of the Year award, while Lizzo, Adele, Kendrick Lamar, Brandi Carlile, and Bonnie Raitt also took home golden statuettes. Taylor Swift won the award for Best Music Video for All Too Well (The Short Film).
Despite not getting a Grammy win, Machine Gun Kelly will probably be in good spirits. When the nominees were announced in November, the rapper happily penned a note on Instagram (via The Daily Mail) which said, “Call me what you want as long as it starts with Grammy-nominated.”
After the event, Megan Fox cryptically updated fans about her injuries by showing off her wrist in the pink brace resting on a white blanket. “Made a list of 16 reasons why I deserve this,” she wrote mysteriously. The post, which was shared via Instagram stories, is no longer available.
