See Jessica Chastain Turning Heads In A Strapless Corset Dress
As of late, tons of Hollywood stars have been serving mind-blowing looks on the red carpet, but this week it’s Jessica Chastain’s turn. The Scenes from a Marriage star was recently spotted strutting her stuff before a MoMA film benefit, donning a stunning Armani Privé dress, which you can see below. The strapless blue gown is covered in dazzling patterns with a lacing fixture at the top, landing a corset look.
Not one to shy away from the camera, in recent days we’ve seen Jessica Chastain rock a multitude of stunning outfits. There was her lime green dress which she wore to the premiere of her new Showtime limited series, George & Tammy, her low-cut orange gown that drew eyes at London’s BFI film festival, and of course a fun and flirty pink dress that she posed in alongside her The Good Nurse co-star, Eddie Redmayne, and showed off in an Instagram post. Embracing all the colors of the rainbow and beyond, Chastain is proving that there’s nothing too bold or vibrant for her to wear.
The last few years have been excellent for Jessica Chastain who nabbed the Academy Award in 2021 for her performance as the titular televangelist in Michael Showalter’s The Eyes of Tammy Faye. Since then, she’s appeared in the action thriller The 355, James Gray’s Armageddon Time, and the true-crime scripted drama, The Good Nurse. Her latest miniseries, George & Tammy, which tells the story of the iconic country music duo, just landed on Showtime, and has already met praise from fans and critics alike.
Up next for the actress, she’ll appear in Michel Franco’s Memory, opposite Peter Sarsgaard. As of right now, plot details are being kept tight-lipped, but filming on the feature wrapped back in late May, so news should be coming our way sometime in the future. Jessica Chastain is also set to appear in Benoît Delhomme’s Mothers’ Instinct, which also hasn’t set a release window at this time.
However, we do know more about the Delhomme-directed flick as the psychological thriller will be adapted from Olivier Masset-Depasse’s 2018 French-language film of the same name. The feature will take audiences back to the 1960s, where they’ll watch a doomed friendship play out between two housewives. Along with Jessica Chastain, Anne Hathaway will also lead in the film which boasts an ensemble including Josh Charles, Anders Danielsen Lie, and Caroline Lagerfelt.
Meanwhile, the Bond rumor mill has been working overtime, with Jessica Chastain recently revealing her desire to join the spy franchise. During an interview on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, the actress revealed that she would consider joining the next line of Bond movies if she could play the villain. As cheeky as ever, Chastain told the late-night talk show host that she would rather have the suave spy be afraid of her rather than be an object of his desire.
Although Bond isn’t currently in the future for Jessica Chastain, the actress certainly has a load of projects on her list. And while this is just good news for fans in general, it also means more glamorous red-carpet looks are on the way. Check out her latest dazzling dress via the photo at the top.
