Since Halloween falls on a Monday this year, most people threw their spooky parties over the weekend. And some celebrities have served up some incredible looks to celebrate. In a post on social media, Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly drew inspiration from legendary rock and roll couple, Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee by recreating their looks from the 1995 grand opening of the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.

In the images, Megan Fox looks radiant showing off a two-tone pink and red latex mini-dress with a plunging sweetheart neckline. The actress completed the look with a blonde wig and white nail polish. Her fiancé recreated the Mötley Crüe drummer’s style with a white tank, black leather pants, a sleeve of tattoos, and the rock star’s famous eyeliner and black hair.

“But are these even costumes,” Megan Fox wrote in the accompanying caption. The couple wore the iconic costumes to the Casamigos tequila brand Halloween party in Beverly Hills on Friday. While they pulled off the look very well, one of the posts stirred up some controversy online.

While the Transformers star’s post showed off their outfits, MGK decided to share a video of himself doing a line of cocaine off her chest (third Instagram slot in). Although the drug was probably just a faux prop, fans were unhappy since Megan Fox’s fiancé has a young fan base and social media following. “Not cool with the snorting and having teenagers idolize you,” one person wrote.

Another said the post promoted hard drugs, calling the move “stupid as hell.” Others called the imagery insensitive to every artist that lost their life due to overdosing in the past few years. Megan Fox first met Machine Gun Kelly (whose real name is Colson Baker) while working on the crime drama Midnight in the Switchgrass in March 2020.

The couple got engaged in Puerto Rico this January. They later shared a video of the special moment via The Daily Mail, which featured a three-camera montage of the rapper on one knee asking her to be his wife. Although they haven’t set a wedding date yet, they are busy planning it.

Speaking to Us Weekly earlier this month, a source close to Megan Fox said the couple is working on the wedding and themselves. “They’ve worked on their problems and worked hard to get to the place where they are today,” the insider explained. “It’s still a struggle at times and they tend to have a lot of ups and downs. Colson is making a lot of effort to be more mature. He’s not always easy to deal with. He still has this teenage side to him,” the person added.

Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly haven’t had the easiest relationship. At one point, the actress lost her patience with the rapper and reportedly broke up with him. However, he pushed to make their relationship work and wants to be a happy couple.

Away from social media, the actress will soon appear in Scott Waugh’s The Expendables 4. She also has a voice role voice in Naya The Golden Dolphin Princess. The 36-year-old is currently filing Johnny & Clyde opposite Kate Winslet, Elliot Page, and Gerard Butler.
