82-Year-Old Martha Stewart Is Sharing Lingerie Photos
Thirst trap isn’t usually the first phrase you think of when you hear the name Martha Stewart, but that’s exactly what the lifestyle guru dropped on her Instagram a few days ago.
The 82-year-old celebrity closed out 2023 with a sultry mirror selfie that makes 80 look like the new 40. From the gently mussed hair to the full pouty lips, Martha’s picture screams anything but old maid!

“After an eight hour plane trip from westchester to palm beach- horrible by the way – we went to bed early and wore my beautiful @sabbiarosa nightgown (linen with robe).” reads the picture’s caption.
“I didn’t look so bad when I got up at least not as bad as I did when I went to bed- it must be the $$$$$outfit!!” While we can’t comment on how Martha Stewart looked when she hit the sack, we can definitely agree with her assessment of her morning look.
Looking Stunning
Martha looked absolutely stunning in her pale green Sabbia Rosa nightgown and matching robe. The lace-trimmed ensemble isn’t particularly risque, but sometimes leaving more to the imagination is a good thing.
Besides, it’s not as if the nightgown—which does tease a bit of cleavage—is some head-to-toe puritan cover-up.
Others Weigh In
The New Jersey native has never really banked on her physical appearance in order to get attention, but there’s always been something a little sexy about Martha Stewart nonetheless.
It could be the wry smirk she always seems to be wearing, or it could be the confident way in which she carries herself. Either way, the OG girlboss can get it.
Actress Ellen Pompeo of Grey’s Anatomy fame commented, “Smoke show!!” underneath Martha Stewart’s sexy lingerie selfie. Pompeo wasn’t the only celebrity to take notice of Stewart’s sultry post.
“You go girl!” said Patricia Arquette. Meanwhile, the QVC shopping network commented, “Slaying it as usual, Martha!”
Not All Compliments
Not all the comments for Martha’s post were complimentary, however. One Instagram user harshly remarked, “It must have taken quite a bit of camera/filter work to create this photo for an 80-year-old woman to look like this.”
The user went on to say that they wonder how Martha Stewart feels when she has to “LOOK INTO HER MIRROR and Not see THIS reflection?!” Ouch.
No Work Done?
Another commenter accused Martha Stewart of using plastic surgery to maintain a youthful appearance—something Stewart was accused of earlier this year when she was picked to be Sports Illustrated‘s 2023 cover model.
Stewart has vehemently denied having any work done instead crediting her appearance to eating right, exercising, and taking care of her skin. “I’m very careful in the sun. I wear hats and I wear sunblock every single day.” the octogenarian said of her skincare routine at the time.
Not Her First Sexy Selfie
Fans who follow Martha on Instagram know that this isn’t Stewart’s first sexy selfie. The wildly successful businesswoman routinely posts seductive pics of herself mugging sensually for the camera, and why wouldn’t she? If we look that good at her age, we’d want to flaunt it, too.
As far as the naughty nightie Martha is wearing in the post, Sabbia Rosa’s clothes don’t come cheap. If you’re planning on recreating Martha Stewart’s mouthwatering look, you’d better be ready to shell out some major dough. Clothes from the very exclusive Parisian boutique can cost a pretty penny.
