Margot Robbie’s Most Memorable Looks

Remember when we said that on Margot Robbie, even a lack of clothing could be iconic? Here, we see an image of this superstar wearing nothing but comfy jeans, a sheer vest, and a black bra. And as you can tell from the throng of adoring photogs, the look is quite a hit.

Looks like this reminds us why the Harley Quinn costume got redesigned as soon as Margot Robbie was cast in the role. When you have someone this hot to headline your film, it would have been foolish to dress her in the head-to-toe (and generally modest) costume the character had when she debuted in Batman: The Animated Series. 

As much as fans might wish it were otherwise, Margot Robbie doesn’t always walk around in her bra. For fancy events such as the Sydney premiere of her film Babylon, she wore a lacy and downright classy dress. But in typical Robbie fashion, she still made the eveningwear look quite sultry.

Much of the sultriness comes from the high slit of the dress as well as the red lacing that runs along the slit and the bottom of the dress. It’s as if Margot Robbie tried to pick something tame to wear, but she can’t keep her lacy, frilly, and very wild side from emerging in bursts of red.

When we say that Margot Robbie can make almost any look appear sexy as hell, we get that it sounds like hyperbole. But if you doubt us, check out this revealing cashmere two-piece she wore to the Babylon red carpet. She looks like she got her fashion inspiration from the last Dune film, but she still makes it look good.

We can’t stop staring at these images because they form a lovely contradiction. From the neck up, it looks like Margot Robbie is getting ready to protect herself from the desert elements. From the neck down, though, it’s clear she is rocking too much skin for such a sandy environment (not that we’re complaining, mind you).

One of the reasons that Margot Robbie is a tad polarizing is that she has a gift that many would kill for. Specifically, she can take the “just pulled this out of the closet” fashions and make them look worthy of the red carpet. And that is certainly apparent in these images where the star made this green two-piece look like the hottest of haute couture.

Sure, her midriff is showing, but this still ranks as one of Margot Robbie’s more modest outfits. Of course, when she’s wearing it, even a modest outfit can look provocatively sexy. And as Poison Ivy can certainly attest, green always looks good on Harley Quinn.

Ask any woman about the secret weapon hidden in her wardrobe, and you’ll get the same answer: the little black dress. These are the dresses that look formal enough for a fancy party but still manage to turn every head at the party. And at a party ahead of the 90th Academy Awards, Margot Robbie showed us just how sexy her own little black dress was.

Strictly speaking, this was a throwback photo from 2018, but Margot Robbie looks as good as ever. And we mean that quite literally: when we can’t tell the difference in photos taken five years apart, it confirms our working theory that Robbie refuses to age.

Margot Robbie is almost distractingly pretty in this image of her rocking a lacy, transparent dress. Case in point: it likely took many of you a few moments to notice the dress because Robbie is looking right at the camera with big eyes and a slight pout. But the second image gives us a better look at this nearly-erotic outfit.

We already knew that Robbie looked good in black, and it’s always exciting to see her rock a lacy dress like this. But the fact that the dress is also transparent takes the entire thing to the next level, and we can’t wait to see what hot looks Margot Robbie serves next.
