See Kate Hudson Busting Out Of A Dress That’s Doesn’t Cover Much
Kate Hudson looked amazing at the Vanity Fair after-party.
Joining celebrities like Alison Brie attending the annual Vanity Fair Oscar Party, Kate Hudson did not disappoint with her turn on the step and repeat. The How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days star illuminated the night in a neon pink gown that featured a plunging neckline and giant, puffy shoulder pieces. In a photo, which you can see below, shared by Red Carpet Fashion Awards’ Twitter account, it’s revealed that the actress’ dress was a piece of couture from fashion icon Tamara Ralph.
Whether it’s a night celebrating her latest project or just a shot for her socials, Kate Hudson never lets a fashionable opportunity pass her by. Although in the past Hudson has found her name amidst the list of nominees at the yearly Academy Award ceremony, specifically for her breakout role in Cameron Crowe’s musical classic Almost Famous, the actress didn’t find herself on the docket this year. Nevertheless, she turned up to the annual party to show her support for her Hollywood peers and feast on In-N-Out Burger.
Despite not being nominated in the awards circuit this year, Kate Hudson brought audiences to tears of laughter via her performance in Rian Johnson’s Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery. In it, she played a party girl who was all about the good times and tried to avoid cancel culture while remaining a problematic human. In what would be a major hit for Netflix and Johnson in his second feature in the now-franchise, Hudson starred alongside a killer cast that also included Edward Norton, Dave Bautista, Kathryn Hahn, Lamar Odom Jr., Jessica Henwick, Janelle Monáe, Daniel Craig, and Madelyn Cline.
Although the film boasted sky-high viewership numbers for the platform and also celebrated a successful theatrical release, it’s unclear whether Johnson will come back for a third installment in the whodunnit franchise. If he does, the chances of Kate Hudson and the other cast members rejoining the fold are rather slim as the cast was completely changed (save for Daniel Craig) from the first to the second. But, you never know what the Brick director could have up his sleeve should he be given the green light to begin forming a Knives Out 3.
As for her upcoming projects, Kate Hudson will soon appear in the leading role in Michael Maren’s (A Short History of Decay) latest feature-length project, A Little White Lie. Joined by a cast that includes Michael Shannon, Don Johnson, and Zach Braff, the indie comedy will center around a case of mistaken identity after a handyman, who shares the same name as a famous writer, is brought to a literary festival. With the real writer never before releasing his image, the attendees are thrilled to meet their idol. But, when the real author shows up, the imposter is exposed with comedic hijinks ensuing along the way.
With at least one film coming out over the next year, we can expect to see many more dazzling outfits coming from Kate Hudson. For now, check out the actress’ latest look for the Vanity Fair Oscar Party at the top.
