Chris Pratt’s Star-Lord may have been admiring Nebula’s eyes in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 but it’s a revealing black dress that has our eyes glued to Karen Gillan. In a lineup of images shared to her Instagram, which you can see below, the actress took Miami by storm in a very chic and sexy dress perfect for The Magic City. Appearing to be celebrating the arrival of the final installment of James Gunn’s Guardians franchise, Gillan is nothing but smiles next to her MCU co-star Pom Klementieff.
The first shot sees the Scottish actress arriving at the theatrical event in a smoking hot black dress with a slit down the leg and just enough fabric to cover her chest without getting a ticket for indecent exposure. Pulling the look together is a pair of long black gloves that extend to her forearm. Seeing as how Karen Gillan is known for her gorgeously vibrant red hair, the juxtaposition of that color against the dark black makes for an eye-catching fashion statement.

With a franchise as beloved and long-running as Gunn’s Guardians has been, it makes it difficult to not only bid farewell (for now) to the characters but to also wrap everything up in a neat bow and make fans happy. But, because Gunn was able to stay true to the characters, he gave them the perfect send-off that broke our hearts and filled them with joy at the same time.
