This is how she does it!

Sure, you might be happy, but are you Gal Gadot-dancing-in-her-living-room-with-vegan-noodles happy? That’s the question you’ll have to ask yourself after seeing the Wonder Woman actress’ latest Instagram post. The post featured a video of Gadot promoting her new vegan noodle company Goodles. The video, set to Montell Jordan’s “This Is How We Do It,” features Gadot dancing in her living room in a casual neon-yellow mini-dress, with a jean jacket and white tennis shoes, while she samples a bowl of the noodles. “Baby Vegan Is Believin’ is born! 5.5 ounces. Baby and parents are doing fine,” she said in the post, although it should be noted that she was joking – she wasn’t pregnant or referring to an actual baby, in case anyone was wondering.
The 37-year-old Israeli native launched Goodles late last year, according to Forbes. The company offers four flavors of vegan noodles, all healthy alternatives to the current slate of processed, artificially-flavored noodle meals on the market. There’s a healthy version of the traditional mac ‘n’ cheese (called Cheddy Mac), as well as white cheddar (Shella Good), parmesan (Twist my Parm), and a cacio-e pepe-inspired mac (Mover & Shaker). Goodles are available directly from the company website, as well as select retailers like Target. They aren’t cheap, selling for $3-$4 a box for a 5.5 ounce box, similar to Kraft’s Mac ‘n Cheese box. Although Gal Gadot isn’t vegan exclusively, she told Marie Claire magazine that she enjoys “quality fuel” foods, including chicken, fish, lots of vegetables, and vegan products.
Noodles aren’t the only thing you’ll find on Gal Gadot’s Instagram feed. Her more than 83 million followers are often treated to lots of candid photos of her family, including her husband Jaron Varsano (whom she married in 2008) and three children: Maya, Alma, and Daniella. She’ll also share the occasional selfie or behind-the-scenes look from the set of whatever film she is working on at the time. She continues to post actively on social media, seemingly suffering no ill effects from the backlash over her much-ridiculed “Imagine” Instagram video in 2020. In the video, she and other celebrities sang John Lennon’s classic song in hopes of “cheering up” America in the midst of the pandemic, although she admits now the video was in poor taste.
Gadot has remained busy with work, even through the pandemic. She’s coming off of a stunning performance in Kenneth Branagh’s Death on the Nile, the follow-up to 2017’s Murder on the Orient Express, both of which were big screen adaptations of the Hercule Poirot mystery novels by Agatha Christie. Last year, she starred in the Netflix action flick Red Notice, as well as Zack Snyder’s Justice League, the director’s cut of the 2017 film that featured newly-shot scenes. Gal Gadot has certainly come a long way from winning Miss Israel in 2004, using her title as a catapult to modeling and eventually acting, where she became a star playing Gisele in the Fast & Furious movies. Of course, it was her role as Wonder Woman in 2016’s Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice that rocketed her into superstardom, and she hasn’t looked back.
Gal Gadot just finished work on Disney’s live-action version of Snow White, playing the Evil Queen, with a release date set for next year. She is currently filming Heart of Stone for Netflix, a film described as a spy thriller, with Jamie Dornan (Fifty Shades of Grey) co-starring. After that, she has no less than four more films planned: a film about World War II resistance heroine Irena Sendler, a film about actress Hedy Lamarr, the much-discussed remake of Cleopatra, and of course, Wonder Woman 3.
