Gal Gadot Glows On The Red Carpet Barbie Premiere
It doesn’t take a Lasso of Truth to admit that Gal Gadot looked absolutely stunning at the red carpet premiere of Greta Gerwig’s Barbie. The Israeli-born actress posted pics of herself from the event to her Instagram yesterday, showing off the brown dress with white pinstripes that the star wore. The dress went perfectly with Gadot’s flawless, glowing bronze skin and her modest gold earrings from Tiffany & Co.
The only star with a look to rival Gal Gadot’s was Barbie herself, Margot Robbie.
Gal Gadot’s earth tones were in direct contrast to the pink pastel look that most of the other celebrities chose to wear on the red carpet. The shade of her dress, along with its wide open sides that showed off a large section of the actress’s radiant skin, made Gadot a standout on the red carpet.
Other celebs like Ryan Gosling, Billie Eilish, and Kate McKinnon, that chose to stick with the movie’s signature Pepto-Bismal color, paled in comparison.
The only star with a look to rival Gal Gadot’s was Barbie herself, Margot Robbie. Robbie showed up at the premiere in a sparkling black strapless dress modeled after the one worn by the very first Barbie doll produced by Mattel in 1959.
The star paired the dress with a 350-carat diamond necklace and a pair of Manolo Blahnik heels.
Other celebs like Ryan Gosling, Billie Eilish, and Kate McKinnon, that chose to stick with the movie’s signature Pepto-Bismal color, paled in comparison.
While Gadot and Robbie may have had the best-looking outfits at the premiere, they weren’t the only ones bucking the pink trend. Shang Chi star Simu Liu stuck with pastels but chose a powder blue ensemble for the event.
TikTok sensation Alix Earle wore a pale gold dress to the premiere, while Jurassic Park actress Laura Dern chose a plain black dress for the occasion.
When Gal isn’t breaking hearts on the red carpet, she’s flashing her thousand-watt smile on the big screen. Gal Gadot has become something of a cameo Queen recently. Her last three roles on IMDb are all uncredited bit parts in popular franchises she’s a part of.
The last time fans saw Gal Gadot on screen was in the recent Flash movie when Wonder Woman show’s up unexpectedly to give Batman and The Flash a hand. It’s the second time Gadot has popped up in a surprise DCU appearance this year.
The first was her cameo at the end of Shazam! Fury of the Gods. Meanwhile, the gorgeous Gal also made a surprise appearance in Fast X as Gisele, a character thought to have died in Fast & Furious 6.
Gal Gadot In Snow White
Not one to rest on her laurels, the former member of the Israel Defense Force has no less than seven upcoming projects in various states of development. The most anticipated of which is next year’s live-action Snow White remake. Gal Gadot plays the Evil Queen to Rachel Zegler’s Snow White in the upcoming Disney film.
For the parts featuring the Evil Queen disguised as an ugly old crone, Gadot had to sit in the makeup chair for four hours. Proof that it’s almost impossible to make the sexy actress look anything but drop-dead gorgeous.
The new retelling of Snow White is expected to be released on March 22, 2024. In the meantime, fans will have to be content combing through Gal Gadot’s Instagram for more jaw-dropping photos like the one above.
