Puppy love it is!

Elizabeth Hurley has quite the social media presence. At 57 years old, the Austin Powers star consistently posts some of the most stunningly sexy images you’ll find anywhere. But this week, the model went above and beyond by posting something that managed to warm your heart while having sex appeal at the same time. Her newest post shows Hurley in her rose garden with a pack of adoring puppies.
She posted the video–accompanied by Donny Osmond‘s “Puppy Love”–to her official Instagram account on Monday. Elizabeth Hurley shows off her legs in a white summer dress with a plunging neckline while puppies happily crawl all over her. Along with the video are a handful of photos capturing particularly cute moments between Hurley and the pups. You can see them all below.
It isn’t a shock to see Elizabeth Hurley enjoying the company of some adorable puppies. The Bedazzled star has long been a dog lover (even if you don’t count Hugh Grant). Just last year, as reported by the Daily Mail, Hurley and her son Damien celebrated the arrival of a littler of puppies given birth to by the former’s then two-year-old black cocker spaniel Ava. It isn’t clear if these new puppies are likewise “grandchildren” to Hurley or just visiting for a photo-op. Regardless, there aren’t many visits from puppies that can’t be considered glorious and awesome.
Some of Elizabeth Hurley’s earliest work included dogs; though they were dogs of a different kind. The same year her longtime romantic partner Hugh Grant was caught cheating on her with a sex worker, Hurley played an upper-crust drug addict in the British thriller Mad Dogs and Englishmen. Rather than literal canines being a problem, her character’s life is turned upside-down after she gets involved with a drug courier. Then, in 2002–five years after her debut as Vanessa Kensington in Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery–she starred as a lawyer in Dawg opposite Denis Leary. Leary plays the eponymous womanizer Dawg whose grandmother leaves him millions in her inheritance, but he can only get the dough if he apologizes to 12 of the many women he slept with and forgot. It’s Hurley’s job to make sure he goes through with it. Considering the critical reaction to both films, it’s probably best Hurley stick with actual dogs.
Sadly it seems like Elizabeth Hurley’s acting career isn’t quite as busy as it used to be. The star is still working on TV and in film, but her appearances are fewer and farther between. Last year she starred alongside John Cleese and Kelsey Grammer in the Netflix original Father Christmas Is Back and since then social media is the main place where Hurley’s been found. Presumably some time this year she’ll star in another holiday film; Christmas in the Caribbean. Then at some point in the future we’ll get to see her in the horror fantasy The Piper, though that project has been in post-production for quite some time.
