Diddy Underage Victim Shares Photo Proof Of The Pair In Court

In a flurry of court filings inside a Manhattan federal court on October 14, six new plaintiffs have accused Sean “Diddy” Combs of committing an array of sex crimes, including one from a man who claims he was only a minor at the time of his alleged abuse at the hands of the now disgraced music mogul. According to Tony Buzbee, the Houston-based attorney who is now representing over 100 possible victims of the music producer, Diddy assaulted a 16-year-old victim who was attending one of his infamous “White parties” in 1998. In an effort to support the accusation, the court filing also included a photo of Diddy with the victim on the day that the alleged assault took place.

The Photo

Identified only as John Doe in the October 14 court filing, the alleged victim revealed that when he was a 16-year-old, he received an invitation to attend one of Diddy’s “White parties” in the Hamptons, the same event shown in the photo with Diddy included in the court filing.

Viewing the party as an opportunity to interact with a collection of powerful people in the music industry, the alleged victim “thought it could be his chance to break into the music industry,” the court filing stated. Since the 1990s, Diddy’s infamous “White parties” were known to be a hot ticket event for celebrities and various powerful figures to attend.

Met At One Of Diddy’s White Parties

According to the court filing, John Doe arrived at the “White party” and was immediately met by a large number of celebrities, becoming awestruck at the faces in the crowd. Shortly after, John Doe was then met by Diddy, who “took an interest in John Doe and wanted to talk to him,” the court filing reads. This is around the time that John Doe and Diddy posed for the photo that was included in the court filing.

The Accusation

In an effort to isolate the alleged victim, John Doe claims that the two headed off to a more private area around the portable bathrooms that were shipped in for the party. Following a brief conversation regarding John Doe’s prospects as a recording artist, Diddy then allegedly instructed the John Doe from the photo to remove his pants. “Out of fear, anxiety, and the imbalanced power dynamic” between the two, John Doe claims that he then complied with Diddy’s order, which led to the alleged sexual assault.

Diddy’s Arrest

On September 16, Diddy was arrested at a New York City hotel and later charged in a three-count indictment that included racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. The Justice Department alleges that the Bad Boy Records founder built a sprawling criminal enterprise, often instructing members and known associates to commit a series of wide-ranging crimes on his behalf including but not limited to, sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and even obstruction of justice.

Exploiting Others

According to investigators, Diddy used his powerful position as a record producer and business owner to leverage power against his alleged victims, often coercing them into committing sexual acts under the guise of developing their career prospects and paying their dues.

Similar to John Doe featured in the Diddy photo at the “White party” in the Hamptons, the music mogul is accused of systematically exploiting victims who sought his guidance and his expertise in the music industry. As Diddy awaits his May 2025 trial, he has maintained his innocence of all the charges and allegations against him.
