Brie Larson presumably took the selfies herself, deciding to take advantage of the beautiful scenery and waning natural light. The results are a series of breath-taking shots of the actress posing candidly in a slinky black number. The natural lighting highlights Brie’s natural beauty, including her adorable freckles, not always visible in professional airbrushed pics and promotional material.
The pics give a glimpse into one of the actress’s rare quiet moments. One of the few times Brie Larson can enjoy a sunset without worrying about all the hustle and bustle of Hollywood. Judging by her IMDb, downtime is a rare commodity for the actress, who has a whopping four projects in various states of development.
Most prominent, of course, is The Marvels, a sequel to 2019’s Captain Marvel and the third and final MCU production to hit the big screen in 2023. The movie is in post-production with an expected release date of November 10, 2023. Alongside Brie Larson, The Marvels stars Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury, Ms. Marvel‘s Iman Vellani as Kamala Khan, and Teyonah Parris of WandaVision fame as Monica Rambeau.
Coming much sooner is Fast X, the last (?) entry in the long-running The Fast and the Furious saga. Brie Larson is the latest big name to join the Fast series alongside another newcomer Jason Momoa who plays the villainous Dante. Fast X is scheduled to be released next month on May 19, 2023.
For anyone who may have forgotten that Brie Larson was in a comic book movie before Captain Marvel, there’s the Untitled Scott Pilgrim Anime series. Larson will be reprising her role of Envy Adams from the 2010 Edgar Wright movie Scott Pilgrim vs. the World alongside former Captain America Chris Evans and ex-Superman Brandon Routh. There has been no word yet on whether the series will be another adaptation of the Scott Pilgrim comic series or a sequel to the film.
Bringing up the rear–at least in terms of fandoms–is an untitled CIA project where Brie Larson will most likely play a CIA operative of some sort. The only information about the project so far is that it will focus on the adventures of a real-life CIA undercover agent and explore both her personal and professional life (and presumably how she juggles the two).
With all of the acting work, it’s a wonder Brie Larson has time for anything else. Somehow the actress finds time to do events like the upcoming Superhero Comic Con and Car Show taking place later this summer in San Antonio, Texas. Sadly, her downtime doesn’t seem to extend to a love life, at least not at the moment.
Larson confirmed just a few weeks ago that she is currently single. The actress recently split from partner Elijah Allan-Blitz whom she had been dating since 2019.
Judging by the sexy pictures the gorgeous actress posts on her Instagram, Brie Larson will have no shortage of potential suitors of any and all genders should she decide to start dating again.
