We don’t know who she’s playing; we don’t know if she’ll be playing a good guy, a bad guy, or something in between; but we know Brie Larson and the rest of the Fast X cast are busy filming part of the conclusion to the Fast & Furious saga. Still, in spite of whatever stunts or rehearsals are expected of Larson, whatever intense demands on her time and energy, she always makes a point to share gorgeous new pictures of herself on social media. On Wednesday, the Captain Marvel star once more invited her fans into her fitness routine by posting shots of herself stretching in a very attractive two-piece outfit.

Brie Larson posted the photos to her official Instagram account. She’s barefoot in the four photos, with the sexy blue-gray workout ensemble showing off her midriff. You can check out the images below.

This was apparently not the easiest day for Brie Larson to stretch. Her caption reads, “*when the hamstrings are so tight you don’t want to stretch*” Hopefully, the results make it all worthwhile for the actress.

Though Brie Larson will be starring in a lot of interesting upcoming projects, her next piece of screen work will be a result of what she did behind the camera. On Thursday, September 8 — Disney+ Day — the new docu-series Growing Up will premiere on Disney+. As reported by The Wrap, each episode of Growing Up will use “narrative, experimental and documentary filmmaking” to follow the life of one individual — dubbed a “hero”, between the ages of 18 and 22 — to explore their development.

During a virtual Disney+ panel, Brie Larson said a personal epiphany inspired her to create Growing Up. She explained, “I realized that I was living with shame about who I was, and I was noticing how I was presenting myself in the world — either shielding certain parts of myself and living in fear — and I was like, if I’m feeling this way, other people must feel this way.”

Of course, the big Disney property fans are waiting for from Brie Larson is The Marvels — the sequel to 2019’s Captain Marvel. Since Avengers: Endgame, Larson’s appearances as the superhero have come in bite-sized cameos in projects like Shang-Chi and Ms. Marvel. In fact, she recently appeared in Avengers: Quantum Encounter — a short film made to accompany diners aboard the Disney Cruise Ship, and even there her time was brief compared to fellow Marvel actors like Paul Rudd, Anthony Mackie, Evangeline Lily, and Iman Vellani.

At one point, Brie Larson was supposed to return for The Marvels this November, but when most of Marvel’s post-2021 line-up of films was pushed back, the Captain Marvel sequel was moved to February 2023. It was moved again, this time switching places with Ant-Man & The Wasp: Quantumania; the latter will now release in February, with The Marvels bowing July 28, 2023.

One of the more interesting rumors about The Marvels is something that’s also being reported about a very different comic book movie — Joker: Folie à Deux. As reported by The Direct, some Hollywood insiders are claiming The Marvels will have a musical element to it. According to the rumors, the heroes will travel to a planet where the inhabitants only communicate in the form of song. No one told us Hell was going to be in The Marvels, but it looks like maybe?
