See Brie Larson Dancing in A Sexy Crop Top
Brie Larson is taking dancing lessons and showing off some moves.
Brie Larson is one of the more peculiar A-list stars on social media. If you check on the Marvel star’s Instagram on any given day, you might see her posing in a red-carpet-ready fashion look, blasting her abs in an insane workout, or just kind of doing weird hangout things with friends. However, if you are lucky enough to check it out today, you will see Brie Larson busting out some sexy moves. Behold:
In the video posted to her Instagram, Brie Larson is learning dances alongside legendary dancer/choreographer Galen Hooks in what looks like a large, well-lit studio. She is wearing a skin-tight pair of yoga pants and a crop top, along with white sneakers. Captain Marvel herself poses alongside her instructor and appears to be learning a whole bunch of different moves; whether this means we will see Brie Larson in a Step Up reboot anytime soon is unknown … we can only hope.
Interestingly, many of the commentators on Instagram are fervently asking Brie Larson to learn the “Wednesday” dance made famous by the Jenna Ortega series of the same name. The self-choreographed dance was instantly viral, inspiring a million imitators across every manner of social media. After all, if Wednesday can get the future Dr. Harleen Quinzel to do the dance, why not Major Carol Danvers?
However, the spasmodic, flamenco-inspired dance moves of Wednesday Addams do not show up in this particular Brie Larson video. Instead, we see her work through a number of moves that can be described as running the gamut from “goofy” to “fierce” to “sinuous,” all of which look pretty good on her. If this is part of her famous workout routine that includes everything from pushing weird carts to doing yoga in the middle of the street, it is a welcome addition.
Brie Larson will be returning to the Marvel Cinematic Universe in 2023 with The Marvels, her first full feature appearance since the double-whammy of Avengers: Endgame and Captain Marvel in 2019. Since then, she has appeared in cameos in both the Disney+ series Ms. Marvel and in Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, but she will finally be back up front and center alongside Teyonah Parris, Iman Vellani, and Samuel L. Jackson soon. While the plot of the movie is still tightly under wraps, according to reports, we will be seeing Brie Larson’s character learn that she needs to rely on others sometimes.
In addition to her Captain Marvel gig, Brie Larson will soon be making her debut in the Fast & Furious universe as a mysterious new character known only as “Tess.” While her role in the movie is still unknown, it seems there are already plans to develop a solo vehicle for her character in the mold of Hobbs & Shaw. Considering that we reported that Hobbs & Shaw is finally getting a long-in-the-works sequel (possibly featuring Henry Cavill), it seems like the Fast & Furious universe is about to get a lot bigger.
