Blake Lively Shows Off Her Body Down By the Beach
Blake Lively looks fantastic and shows off some skin while at the beach with her family.
Blake Lively is one of few actors who were lucky enough to have her first-ever movie, The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants (2005), also be her breakout role. In the (nearly 20) years since then, Lively has become known for her part as Serena van der Woodsen in Gossip Girl, dozens of movies in various genres, being the equally funny other half to husband and comedic actor Ryan Reynolds, and, of course, posting sexy images that show off the 35-year-old actress and mother of four’s perfectly toned body—like in this Instagram post from the Lively-Reynolds recent family vacation.
In a collage of photos taken somewhere tropical, Blake Lively shows off her beach fits, which include a very cute brown and white bikini top paired with layers of necklaces featuring colorful seashells. In some of the pictures, she wears white-washed denim overalls over the swimsuit, while in another picture, the actress shows off a bit of skin, leaving her midriff exposed and pairing the bikini top with a pair of patterned wide-leg bohemian pants.
Blake Lively’s husband, Ryan Reynolds (known for being the perfect embodiment of Marvel’s Deadpool), is featured in two of the pictures. In one pic, the Free Guy actor smiles cheesily at the camera as the photographer (presumably Lively) catches him off guard while he’s walking on the beach in a white tank top and rolled-up pants. In another picture, Reynolds shows off his goofy personality as the couple poses for a selfie with their moms, Elaine Lively and Tammy Reynolds.
Blake Lively has been an active actress for 18 years, and in that time, has accumulated quite the filmography. The actress has appeared in 26 movies or television shows since 2005 and has stayed consistently busy with multiple projects a year up until 2020. Now that the world is beginning to get back to normal following the pandemic Lively’s work is also picking up, and the actress now has four projects in the works.
It Ends With Us, Proxy, and The Making Of are all in pre-production, while Blake Lively’s fourth current project, The Husband’s Secret, is in development. It Ends With Us is a film adaptation of one of the world’s most controversial books and follows the abusive relationship of a young florist named Lily, who falls in love with a neurosurgeon named Ryle (Justin Baldoni). The book’s graphic depiction of the domestic violence that occurs between the couple has earned it a reputation for being terrible but also an important read.
Not much information is out about Proxy, other than the logline that describes the movie as a sci-fi thriller following a woman (presumably Blake Lively) who “miraculously reawakens after a medical trauma to discover her consciousness has been embedded into a bio-synthetic body.”
Blake Lively’s third film, currently in pre-production, The Making Of, is about two long-married filmmakers who are turning their love story into a movie. They’ve cast the parts of their younger selves, but as soon as production begins, their marriage starts to unravel.
The film stars Lively, Diane Keaton, Richard Gere, and Lin Manuel-Miranda. While no character names are currently listed for each actor, it can be assumed that Keaton and Gere play the married couple while Manuel-Miranda and Lively are cast to play the actors portraying their younger selves.
While these are the only films listed on Blake Lively’s IMDb, the actress might have a few others in the works, yet to officially be announced. One possible film is a highly anticipated sequel to A Simple Favor, which also stars Anna Kendrick.
