Ashton Kutcher And Mila Kunis Fleeing Country Because Of Diddy?
Once upon a time, headlines featuring Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis would have focused mostly on their acting careers. But the two stuck their neck out to defend That ‘70s Show star and convicted rapist Danny Masterson, making many critics and former fans wonder if they had anything to hide. Now, an insider source has claimed to inTouch the two are considering fleeing the country because of Kutcher’s association with Diddy, who was recently arrested for multiple charges, including trafficking and facilitating prostitution.
Friends Keep Getting Arrested
According to the insider, Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis are considering ditching America for a very specific reason: “Ashton’s so exasperated that once again he’s being dragged through the mud because of his past associations.” Continuing, the insider added, “First it was Danny Masterson, and now it’s Diddy, and it’s got him convinced that there are way better places out there to live than Hollywood” and that “the town is just a cesspool at this point.”
Friends With Diddy For Decades
While the notion of Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis fleeing the country over Diddy connections may seem extreme, it makes a kind of sense: referencing their recent summer vacation, the source claimed that “They had such a great time in Europe, and in many ways, the idea of moving there is topping their list right now because they figure that would be such a great place to live and raise their kids with a much more grounded lifestyle.” Whether this would actually erase the public’s association between Kutcher and Diddy, though, is entirely unclear.
Kutcher Keeps Dodging Questions
It’s not hard to see why the public associates the two…when Ashton Kutcher appeared on Hot Ones in 2019 (without Mila Kunis), he told Sean Evans about his friendship with Diddy. ““We became fast friends….We used to just hang out and watch football together.” While that sounds innocent enough, the next part of that old interview is now threatening to destroy Kutcher’s career.
When Evans asked Kutcher about what he could share regarding Diddy’s infamous parties, the ‘70s Show star suddenly turned coy, saying, “I’ve got a lot I can’t tell.” He then tried and failed to come up with anecdotes from these parties that he felt comfortable sharing with the world. “Can’t tell that one either … I’m cycling through them.”
Concerns Over How Much The Couple Knew
At the time, Ashton Kutcher’s interview comments were seen as playful…a way of alluding to raucous behind-the-scenes celebrity shenanigans that fans were dying to know about. However, now that Diddy has been arrested, there have been many allegations that his famous parties became “freak-offs” in which women who were drugged or coerced were forced to engage in sexual activity for days at a time with hired men. Mila Kunis doesn’t have strong ties to the musician, but her marriage to Kutcher, along with his previous comments, has many wondering how much this Hollywood power couple knew about Diddy’s alleged depravity.
Defended Masterson After He Was Charged
Obviously, none of this is a smoking gun…there are allegations that these “freak-off” sex parties only occurred after more innocent White Parties (where guests had to show up wearing all white) that were attended by many big names, including Leonardo DiCaprio. Therefore, it’s entirely possible that Ashton Kutcher really was merely alluding to events as innocuous as other celebrities drinking too much or saying something shocking. However, he and Kunis are under extra scrutiny following their defense of convicted rapist Danny Masterson, and these seeming ties to Diddy now threaten to destroy their reputation.
Running Away From The Allegations
Whether moving to Europe can erase potential scandals is something of an open question…some of Ashton Kutcher and Milo Kunis’ harsher critics have compared that plan to Roman Polanski fleeing the country after his arrest. His name is still mud to plenty of people, but the director went on to earn three Academy Awards after leaving America. Kutcher and Kunis may or may not be able to fully escape their connections to Diddy, but putting an ocean between themselves and their accusers may, as with Polanski, help preserve their careers.
