Kanye West Lawsuit Reveals Horrific Crimes At Diddy Party 

If her name seems familiar, that may be because Pisciotta has sued Kanye West before…specifically, she sued him back in June, alleging that he stalked and sexually harassed her from 2021-2022 when she worked as his assistant. The singer has yet to file a formal defense against that suit, though he has previously claimed that her allegations are “baseless” and that she is engaging in “blackmail and extortion.”

In her latest suit, she alleges that she was handed a drink by West at a Diddy party and that he raped her, though she didn’t learn that she was attacked until West allegedly told her.

According to Pisciotta’s suit, Kanye West handed her a drink at a Diddy party, after which she allegedly “started to feel disorientated” and then entered “a highly impaired state.” When she woke up the next day, she couldn’t remember much from the party, and West didn’t want to talk about it, and her conclusion was that a studio assistant had drugged her but not actually attacked. And it sounds like she might not have ever felt otherwise if not for Kim Kardashian.

The lawsuit doesn’t mention her by name but instead mentions Kanye West’s wife, and he has only ever been married to Kardashian. The suit claims that West’s former spouse was convinced that he and Lauren Pisciotta had previously had an affair. Pisciotta wanted to reach out to the reality TV mogul to clear the air, but she alleges she was kept from doing so by West, who provided more detail about what happened at the Diddy party.

Pisciotta alleges that Kanye West told her she wouldn’t be able to clear the air as intended because “‘We did, kind of, hook up a little one time.’ Furthermore, she alleges that West told Kardashian about hooking up with his assistant but “left out the true nature and severity of what he did to [her].” According to the suit, West allegedly knew what he was doing, deliberately drugging and raping Pisciotta at a Diddy party.

Only time will tell if she gets legal satisfaction from this suit, but one thing is for sure: the additional details she provided about Kanye West are certain to hurt his reputation, one many say is already very tarnished. The former assistant had many screenshots of texts between herself and West, including one where the singer was asking for advice regarding a text conversation with Kim Kardashian. Allegedly, one text read, “‘I want to f**k your mom,” and West allegedly wanted to know if he should add “I want you to watch me f**k your mom?’

Details like that could be an albatross around his neck, much as details about Diddy’s parties are continuing to destroy that singer’s reputation. Before this is all said and done, some other major singers’ reputations may be tarnished, including those that are simply caught in the crossfire, such as Jay-Z and Beyonce. And the outcome of these two lawsuits from his former assistant could be the thing that ultimately destroys West’s career and not just his reputation.
