Diddy Accusers Include 25 Minors Trying To Get Record Deals

According to Buzbee, 25 of the new Diddy accusers were well below the legal age of consent during the time that they were sexually assaulted, with the youngest victim being as young as nine years old at the time of their alleged assault. Buzbee stated that the nine year old traveled to New York City to meet with Diddy in the hopes of signing a record deal with Bad Boys Records, the record label that Diddy founded in 1993.

While describing the alleged sexual abuse endured by the unnamed Diddy accuser, Buzbee noted that his client was not alone in the ordeal. “Other boys were there to audition as well,” Buzbee said. “All of them were trying to land a record deal. All of them were minors.”

Buzbee, who made national headlines in 2022 when he spearheaded 24 separate sexual assault lawsuits against troubled NFL player Deshaun Watson, told reporters that he and his legal team plan to do whatever is in their power to deliver justice for the new Diddy accusers, even if that means outing a few high-profile celebrities who were complicit in the alleged crimes. “We will expose the enablers who enabled this conduct behind closed doors,” Buzbee said. “We will pursue this matter no matter who the evidence implicates.”

Throughout the October 1 press conference, Buzbee attempted to paint the picture of widespread abuse that was perpetrated by more than just Diddy. “This individual was sexually abused, allegedly, by Sean Combs, and several other people at the studio in the promise to both his parents and to him himself of getting a record deal,” Buzbee said. According to Buzbee, the Diddy accusers claim that the abuse took place between the 2000s and the 2010s, spanning several cities and involving victims ranging in age from nine years old to 39 years old.

Buzbee stated that he plans to file the lawsuits against Diddy within the next 30 days, but revealed that he and his team of lawyers have been approached by over 3,000 Diddy accusers with claims of their own. He then announced that they would also be naming other defendants, individuals who were complicit or alleged to have committed similar offenses alongside Diddy, at a later date.

To support his upcoming flood of lawsuits against Diddy, Buzbee said that he and his team have collected “pictures, video, texts” that would eventually expose “many powerful people” and shine a light on “many dirty secrets” that are currently being hidden. Buzbee acknowledged that the alleged evidence will reveal severe crimes such as violent sexual assault, dissemination of video recording, and sexual abuse of minors.

Following the press conference featuring the announcement of the 120 new Diddy accusers, the music mogul’s attorney Erica Wolff denied all of the allegations that have been made against him, calling the recent revelations about her high-profile client a “reckless media circus” that has made it difficult to allow the truth to be heard. Wolff continued by saying that “Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors.”

On September 16, Diddy was arrested at a New York City hotel and charged with sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution. Following his arraignment, Diddy has been denied bail multiple times. He is currently in the process of appealing the bail denial for a third time.
