DC Star Calls For President Biden To Be Executed
Around the same time that DC star John Schneider was being unmasked and exposed for millions of The Masked Singer viewers to see, his Twitter account was responding to a tweet from the current President of the United States, Joseph Biden, stating that both the President and his son “should be publicly hung.” There’s a federal felony right there.
Schneider, in his response, stated his beliefs that Biden is guilty of treason and that he should be publicly hanged
For context, the star of the popular TV show Smallville, in which he portrayed Jonathan Kent, was responding to the previous tweet from President Biden. Namely, Biden warned the X (formerly Twitter) audiences of the potential dangers of another term for Donald Trump.
His tweet denotes Trump as the major threat to the country, and the nation’s rights to choose, civil rights, and voting rights, as well as America’s standing in the world, as well as a threat to democracy and the democratic process overall. Apparently, John Schneider disagrees.
Schneider, in his response, stated his beliefs that Biden is guilty of treason and that he should be publicly hanged, along with his son, presumably referring to Hunter Biden, who has been accused of corruption by House Republicans. John Schneider also called for Biden to respond, and he even signed the tweet.
However, the Tweet was subsequently, and rather promptly deleted, but not before it gained significant attention from both the internet media and Twitter denizens who were courteous enough to screenshot the tweet as evidence.
Now, it’s easy to imagine that John Schneider’s X account was hacked and that The Dukes of Hazzard star wasn’t aware of what was being posted on his account. We shouldn’t be quick to disregard that possibility, despite John Schneider’s previous criticism of Joe Biden.
Threats to the President are considered a federal felony under code 18, section 871, and include anyone who would knowingly and willingly threaten to take the life of, kidnap, or inflict great bodily harm upon the President of the United States.
He previously connected Biden to funding Hamas’s attacks on Israel, stating that the President effectively put a price on the heads of all Americans traveling abroad. There are other criticizing posts about the current President.
However, none of the previous posts by John Schneider on X contained anything resembling a threat to the POTUS. Threats to the President are considered a federal felony under code 18, section 871, and include anyone who would knowingly and willingly threaten to take the life of, kidnap, or inflict great bodily harm upon the President of the United States.
Furthermore, anyone convicted of such crimes under the law could be fined or imprisoned for up to five years or even both. It’s also worth noting that Schneider’s posts managed to polarize the audiences on X.
Some have condemned his post and his political views, others have simply expressed their disagreement with his political views while maintaining respect for the actor and filmmaker’s work, while the third group called him a true American patriot.
