Tiffany Haddish Arrested After Alleged Terrifying Automobile Incident
It looks like Tiffany Haddish may be facing a bit of legal trouble as the actor and comedian was arrested in Beverly Hills on suspicion of driving under the influence. The incident occurred early Friday morning when police officers responded to a call about a vehicle stopped in the middle of Beverly Hills Drive. Haddish was allegedly found slumped over the wheel of the car with the car running.
Tiffany Haddish Faces DUI Charges
No accident occurred, and Tiffany Haddish went peacefully with officers and TMZ reported that they were told Haddish is expected to be cited for a DUI and released later in the day. The incident would be her second DUI arrest after she received one in January 2022 in Atlanta. Haddish was reported sleeping behind the wheel in that incident as well, though Peachtree City PD found her pulling into a neighborhood when responding to that call.
Second Incident Since 2022
The charges for that case included DUI and improper stopping on a roadway, with records indicating that Tiffany Haddish has her court trial scheduled for December 4. The recent incident happened after Haddish performed at the Laugh Factory in West Hollywood Thursday night as part of the club’s 43rd annual free Thanksgiving feast for the community. TMZ also reported that Haddish’s reps have not officially responded when asked for a statement about the incident.
