Acclaimed screenwriter Christopher Yost, known for his work on Thor: The Dark World and Thor: Ragnarok, is on board to pen the series, bringing his passion and enthusiasm for Hawk’s dynamic world to life. Booth’s web novel has already amassed over one million reads on Wattpad, highlighting its widespread appeal.

Executive producers for Hawk are Aron Levitz, David Madden, Taylor Grant, and Sydney Bright from Wattpad WEBTOON Studios. Madden, who is also the Head of Global Entertainment for the company, said he is beyond excited about bringing the world of Hawk to life, particularly with Yost’s extensive sci-fi knowledge and storytelling expertise at the helm. Hawk follows the thrilling adventures of the protagonist, Kas Balera, a space bounty hunter, as she navigates through an epic disaster that threatens the entire solar system. There’s no word on when the series adaptation of Hawk is expected to drop. Currently, Christopher Yost is fully immersed in several projects. Filming recently wrapped on the film Tiger’s Apprentice, which Yost penned the screenplay for, and he is actively involved in the television landscape, serving as the showrunner for the much-anticipated Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
