Lost Being Revived In The Craziest Way?
After more than a decade since its lackluster series finale, there’s a chance that audiences will once again get to dive into the world of Lost, just maybe not in the way that you’d think. Taking to his Instagram to tease the world with the news, Michael Giacchino shared that a concert series would be arriving in 2024 with – at least a part of it – celebrating the legacy of the long-running television show. Paying homage to the show’s Dharma Initiative, the post is crafted in black and white, with a simple invitation pointing to the show’s involvement in the concert.

Aside from the clues that link up with Lost, no more details are offered up in Michael Giacchino’s post. The music will be played live, meaning that audiences can expect to see a live orchestra performing tunes from the show, much like other titles, including Game of Thrones, have done over the years.
While he may be busy with his future projects, the concert announcement shows that Giacchino still has a soft spot in his heart for Lost.
There also may be one more clue in Giacchino using the word “Aloha” in his post meaning that the concert may be held in Hawaii. But, at this time, even that’s unclear.
Having won an Emmy for his work on Lost, Michael Giacchino’s name is attached to a wide array of notable titles in the entertainment industry. The musician won an Oscar for his work behind the film Up and nabbed three Grammys for Up and Ratatouille.
He’s also been the composer behind such favorites as Mission: Impossible, Jurassic World, Rogue One, The Batman, several titles from the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and the Star Trek reboot films. Crossing creative ventures, the musician’s compositions can also be heard on video games, including Call of Duty and Medal of Honor as well as TV shows like Alias and Fringe.
