The actress recently took to her Instagram, in a post that you can see above, to show off her latest look, which she wore for the Wednesday, January 18, 2023 episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live. In an outfit that few could pull off, J-Lo can be seen confidently posing in a low-cut, white dress that looks more like lingerie than an evening gown.
Jennifer Lopez greeted the host and audience of the late-night talk show in her caption while tagging a slew of folks involved in her upcoming Prime Video film, Shotgun Wedding, which she was there to promote. Sprinkling the comment section were a few notable names including the official Instagram of Shotgun Wedding and fashionista, reality star, and activist Paris Hilton. As gorgeous as ever, J-Lo confidently shared four different poses in her latest fashion statement.
Known for jumping across genres and starring in rom-coms like The Back-up Plan, dramas including Hustlers, and even thrillers such as Enough, Jennifer Lopez has certainly made a name for herself during her decades-spanning career on the silver screen. First winning over audiences with her performance as the titular character in the heartbreaking true story of Selena, the actress would quickly catapult to fame. With a killer singing voice and unparalleled skill for dancing, Jennifer Lopez would easily make her music crossover happen in 1999 with her single “If You Had My Love.”
Shotgun Wedding is preparing to make its Prime Video debut on January 27, 2023, with Jennifer Lopez starring opposite Josh Duhamel in the star-studded feature. The story centers around a soon-to-be-married couple, Darcy (Lopez) and Tom (Duhamel) who bring their wonderful, but complicated families to a destination wedding. As the big day quickly approaches, Darcy and Tom both begin to have second thoughts about their future spouse, with matters made even worse after their guests are taken hostage.
Along with Jennifer Lopez and Josh Duhamel, Shotgun Wedding also stars Jennifer Coolidge, Lenny Kravitz, Sônia Braga, Cheech Marin, Selena Tan, D’Arcy Carden, Alex Mallari Jr., Callie Hernandez, Desmin Borges, and Tharoth Sam. Penned by Mark Hammer, the feature was directed by Pitch Perfect’s Jason Moore. Along with starring, Lopez also serves as a producer alongside Benny Medina under their Nuyorican Productions.
Along with Shotgun Wedding, Jennifer Lopez also has two other projects set to come out soon. Up next, she’ll star in the action drama feature, The Mother, which will see her opposite Joseph Fiennes, Omari Hardwick, and Gael García Bernal. The Niki Caro-directed film centers around an ex-assassin who finds herself on the run from a group of enemies while she also attempts to protect her estranged daughter.
Jennifer Lopez will also star in and produce a sci-fi thriller directed by Brad Peyton titled Atlas. While no plot details have been released at this time, we know that she’ll appear opposite Simu Liu, Sterling K. Brown, and Abraham Popoola.
