Kaley Cuoco Announces She’s Pregnant With First Child
Kaley Cuoco has announced she is having a girl with Tom Pelphrey.

While she may have recently gotten extremely candid about her relationship with her Big Bang Theory co-star Johnny Galecki and cozied up to an on-screen romance with Pete Davidson in Peacock’s Meet Cute, Kaley Cuoco has moved on in a big way with Ozark star Tom Pelphrey. The couple, who began dating earlier this year, has announced the soon-to-be arrival of a baby girl via an Instagram post. The main image in the post, which you can see above, shows the couple holding a piece of cake with pink frosting down the middle leading us to believe the news came to them during an ever-popular gender reveal party.
Also included in the series of photos are Kaley Cuoco and Tom Pelphrey holding up “mama bear” and “papa bear” mugs, respectively, a shot of Pelphrey showing off a baby onesie, a polaroid of the couple’s positive pregnancy test, Cuoco’s first signs of a baby bump, and overall lots of snaps depicting the two filled with incredible amounts of joy. Their happiness is further spelled out in Cuoco’s caption which says the duo feels “Beyond blessed and over the moon,” and announces the baby’s arrival date sometime in 2023. While in the past, Cuoco has kept much of her life private, it’s clear that she couldn’t hold in the great news and was eager to share it with her fans and followers.
As far as relationships go, Kaley Cuoco has been put through the wringer. Most recently, the actress was married to Karl Cook, an equestrian with whom she began dating back in 2016. The couple would eventually tie the knot but finalized a divorce over the summer after announcing their split back in September 2021.
Although divorce is one of the most traumatizing things a person can go through, Kaley Cuoco didn’t let it slow her career down. This past year has been incredibly fruitful for the actress who celebrated the second season of her HBO Max series The Flight Attendant. In the dark comedy, Cuoco plays the titular woman who struggles with addiction and family troubles, all while solving mysterious murders on the side.
On the feature-length side of things, Kaley Cuoco’s rom-com Meet Cute recently hit Peacock. In the film, she stars opposite Pete Davidson in a story about love, regret, and mental health issues. What seems like your run-of-the-mill love tale quickly becomes anything but when they hit you with a time-traveling plotline that brings the laughs along the way.
Of course, many know Kaley Cuoco’s name from the juggernaut sitcom, The Big Bang Theory, which kept audiences laughing along with Cuoco and her co-stars for a whopping 12 seasons. Since that time, she’s absolutely proved herself a force to be reckoned with, starring in a slew of other projects, and continuing to further her lustrous career. Although she has no other projects that have been announced at this time, we’re thinking Cuoco is absolutely okay with that as she gears up to step into the role, she’s more than excited to play as a mother.
