Ryan Reynolds has always been a guy that is in shape. It could be because he finds himself in more action roles than most comedic actors. That is certainly the case for the man finally reprising his role as the Merc with a Mouth. Some recent images showed Reynolds ready to take on his newest string of training. However, it was not Reynolds that showed off those images, but famed celebrity trainer Don Saladino. The man took to Instagram to show the Deadpool 3 star presumably entering Saladino’s gym with a huge smile and a handshake. You can see the images below:

The simple caption gives away that Ryan Reynolds is going to be training for Deadpool 3. There is a red emoji, two swords, and text that says “so it begins.” We can assume that the red circle is for Deadpool’s suit, the sword emojis for his infamous katanas, and the beginning is just the pair starting to get Reynolds in the best shape for his upcoming role. Again, he always seems to be in shape, but this proves that the man takes his job quite seriously. That is a good thing. We can’t have the man looking thin in his costume, otherwise, he might get ripped in half by Juggernaut again.

There have been so few details about Deadpool 3, apart from Ryan Reynolds confirming that Leslie Uggams is going to be in the film. Uggams plays the fan-favorite character, Blind Al. We are not sure if Morena Baccarin is going to be reprising her role as Vanessa, or who Deadpool will be engaging with as he spouts his normal foul language, but there are rumors that he is going to be involved with the X-Force. This will be the real X-Force and not the random team he created in the second film. Mutants are becoming a huge thing in the MCU, and we think Deadpool will be introducing a great deal more of them in the third sequel film. The hope is that we will finally see the new MCU Wolverine make an appearance.

Deadpool 3 has yet to begin production, so it may be some time before we see Ryan Reynolds in the iconic red suit until 2024. The hope is that it won’t take that long, but with production taking a bit longer to get going, it might be a bit impossible to get the film out in 2023. We can hope that it happens, but the likelihood that we see Deadpool 3 in 2023 is small.

Deadpool 3 is meant to fully bring Deadpool (Ryan Reynolds) into the MCU. He was essentially always there, but the rights to the character hadn’t been transferred over yet. With that happening, Wade can now do what he does best, and mercilessly make fun of Disney and Marvel all at once. The writing combo of Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick are back, as they have written the last two films. The men have also confirmed that Disney is surprisingly allowing them to be as crude as they usually are with the character. We can’t wait to see the third film.
