Guardians Of The Galaxy Reveals Which Member Is The Most Dangerous
We now have confirmation about which Guardians of the Galaxy character is the most dangerous. And it's a surprise all things considered

Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy video game has finally revealed which member of the galaxy-saving team is considered the biggest threat throughout the galaxy — and no, it’s not either Drax or Groot. Instead, it’s Gamora, the adoptive daughter of Thanos the Mad Titan, who sacrificed herself to obtain the Soul Stone in Avengers: Infinity War. Well, the video game title showcases a slightly different version of Gamora.
According to CBR, in Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy, Chapter 7, titled “Canine Confessions,” the team ends up in the command center of Hala’s Hope, a ship belonging to Nova Corps. In the chapter, players can interact with the ship’s computer, which shows criminal records of various characters, including the Guardians. Next to the list of everything naughty they ever did, each character is assigned a threat level, ranging from “None” to “Galactic.” So, for example, while most would consider Drax pretty dangerous, his threat level is only the second-highest at Planetar-level. Gamora, on the other hand, is a Galactic-level threat, signaling that she’s the most dangerous member of the Guardians.
There’s no clear indication of how Nova Corps assesses a character’s threat level. Guardians of the Galaxy, as we know them, aren’t a particularly successful bunch and often fail due to their inability to work together. This form of self-sabotage is one of the factors that make them interesting. However, when they do meet on the same page, they’re a force to be reckoned with — mostly due to their own individuality and power. With that said, Drax is only the second-ranking Planetary-level threat, and he killed Thanos in the comics. Considering that he’s created for that sole purpose, it’s surprising that he’s regarded as a Planetary-level threat.
So, what makes Gamora a higher threat than Drax within the Guardians of the Galaxy? Drax is physically stronger than Gamora, and he’s an exceptionally capable fighter. But he’s also quite impulsive and reckless, often rushing into a fight without any clear strategy, and does not incline towards galactic conquest. And neither does Groot. His threat level in-game is unknown, despite bringing people to life and regenerating from nothing. He’s just not a galaxy-dominating type of plant. Rocket most certainly doesn’t dream of galactic domination and relies on weapons to win a fight. His chaotic personality paired with genius-level intelligence does make him dangerous, as much as a nuclear weapon, but he’s not really a fighter.
Apparently, for the Guardians of the Galaxy, skill isn’t a factor, and neither are healing abilities or level of intellect. However, she’s an exceptional tactician and the “deadliest woman in the galaxy.” For example, during the Galactic War with Thanos and the Chitauri, Gamora kidnapped the Chitauri queen instead of killing her, which ended the war. She was also close with Thanos and served as a commander of his troops alongside Nebula, so it isn’t unreasonable to believe that she’s a gifted tactician capable of commanding armies.
Given the fact that she kidnapped the Chitauri queen instead of killing her undercuts Nova Corps’ assessment of Gamora, who unfortunately isn’t modeled after Zoe Saldana in the game. Still, it’s her other qualities that undoubtedly make her a Galactic-level threat for the Guardians of the Galaxy. However, with her strong moral compass, and the fact that she wouldn’t ever use her abilities to commit unspeakable deeds, like galactic-scale genocide, it’s quite clear that she’s not likely to follow in Thanos’ footsteps.
